Tine Seeder sowing combination The cost efficient alternative
Tine Seeder - versatile and flexible - The T-S (Tine Seeder) has been developed for cost efficient sowing. It can be used for both conventional sowing after ploughing or for mulch seeding. Working speeds of up to 15 km/h allow for a high area performance. Working widths of 4.0 to 6.0 m are available. T-S 6m; 4 rows Accord sowing tines with automatic overload protection, 1250 l hopper capacity.
Tine Seeder - Equipment Versatility, low acquisition costs, low cost of ownership, high working speeds and reliability are the main characteristic features of the Tine Seeder, making it a real alternative to the traditional semimounted seed drills. The Accord T-S seed drill can be used for both conventional sowing and for mulch seeding. The sowing tines of the Tine Seeder perform two functions in a single pass: Sowing and soil preparation. Soil clods are reduced and fuel and time savings are achieved. mulch seeding conditions, the tines are staggered in three rows or as an option with four rows. The two tine sections adapt well to unevenness in the ground, as they are connected via a pressure accumulator. Precise depth control is ensured by two gauge wheels (flotation tyres), 23x10.5-12, per section. One pair of track looseners with duck foot coulters ensures that the tractor tracks are loosened over a wide area. The tines ensure a high degree of operational safety and are equipped as standard with an automatic overload protection based on the leaf-spring stone protection of the Kvernerland plough, which has been tried and tested hundreds of thousands of times. In order to ensure sufficient passage under Optional Gullwing hydraulic folding track markers allow the machine to be set for centre marking and ensures transport width of m. T-S as a front-hopper seed drill The Tine Seeder can also be combined with the Accord front hopper seed drill. The lifting power required at the rear is reduced thereby. In addition, the work of the sowing tines can be monitored effectively over the entire working width. The front hopper can be optionally equipped with packer roller tyres.
For tractors with flotation tyres there is an optional second pair of eradicators. Supported on parallelogram arms the pressure on the 2-row S-tine following harrow can be infinitely adjusted for differing soil types to achieve optimum seed coverage. The Tine Seeder is equipped as standard with a 750 l seed hopper. In order to increase performance, this capacity can be increased to 1250 l with hopper extensions. 2 track looseners with duck foot coulters as standard. Precise depth control thanks to 4 wheels, 23x10.5-12. The hydraulic folding of the working sections permits a time-saving change from the working into the transport position, thus enabling a fast change of location. The use of the highly proven pneumatic sowing technology by Accord ensures precise sowing quantities and a high level of operational safety. T-S sowing tines with automatic overload protection thanks to the well-tried Kverneland leaf spring system. Versatile electronics ESC monitor The ESC electronics provide comprehensive information, simple entry, a variety of functions and precise control. For precise machine guidance during spraying or fertilising, tramlines are set up and displayed visually by means of the electronic sowing controller ESC. Moreover, the ESC offers many further functions (setting up of special rhythms, changing the sowing quantity, monitoring of the fan speed etc.), which are easily adjusted for the requirements at hand and which can be called up quickly during driving. FGS tramline switching box FGS electronic tramline switching With FGS electronic tramline switching, various tramline rhythms can be selected. When setting up the tramline, the driver receives visual information. The current bout of the seed drill is also displayed visually and can be corrected manually if required. In addition, the FGS features a hopper level indicator and voltage monitoring. Combi valves (line to the coulter) Combi valves (seed return) Combi and shut-off valves With the combi valves, seed return to the hopper is possible during the setting up of tramlines. In the case of the Accord combi valves, the seed can even be returned when the hopper is full. With the shut-off valves, the edge row effect can be utilised when setting up tramlines. The seed for the blocked-off row is distributed to the adjacent rows. Utilisation of the "edge row effect" can be combined with "seed return".
