4 SPERBER X I The Core of the series FOR TRACTORS FROM 90 TO 200 HP BUSSARD X I The versatile machine FOR TRACTORS FROM 160 TO 220 HP A DESIGN THAT INSPIRES Despite of its weight and size the SPERBER is a compact and highly manoevrable machine. The machine is ideal for small and medium-sized farms. A special feature of the HAWK is the precise depth control, which is managed via the integrated rear roller. After that the discs have worked the soil, the roller makes for a good crumbling and reconsolidation.the crushed plant residues are thus decomposed faster and it will be created very good conditions for emergence weeds and volunteer cereals. AN ENHANCED FRAMEWORK The hydraulic cylinders on the drawbar allow for optimal power transfer and precise adjustment of the working depth. All these features make the SPERBER a reliable partner in the stubble cultivation. The BUSSARD is suitable for medium and large farms. Through its single beam frame (dimensions 300x300x10 mm) the machine is very stable, which contributes to easier handling. The set points are easily accessible, which saves time and hassle. The mono beam chassis provides uniform weight distribution on the machine which is very stable at work. The front disc supports are overlapping, the rear ones arranged side by side. In this way, the soil is worked to the full working width of the machine. Nevertheless, the machine is compact and is very stable. 5 SEEADLER X I The flagship of the series FOR TRACTORS FROM 160 TO 300 HP ECOTRAK X I A technical masterpiece FOR TRACTORS FROM 200 TO 300 HP THE STRONG SERIES The central frame of the SEEADLER is extremely robust to withstand easily to the high tensile loads. The side frames keeos the disc support into position - for a smooth working result on the entire working width. A ROBUST FRAMEWORK The frame of the ECOTRAK dimensioned 200x100x10 forms a solid welded unit and makes the machine robust and resistant. The side frames hold the disk support into position for a smooth working result on the entire working width. From the tractor cab the working discs always remain visible. For less than 3 m transport width the disc supports folds vertically. ROLLER EXCAVATION Depth control via the following roller - adjusted by hydraulic controls in the tractor cabin. Due to the drawbar and the depth control via the rear roller the machine remains stable and calm during work. The machine can also work without roller. BASIC SEEADLER Like all of the machines of this series, disc supports are mounted overlapped in the front and side by side in the rear. This gurantees a uniform prepared soil over the entire working width. The choice of the follower roller is an important aspect of purchasing a machine, because re-compacting and crumbling of the soil are done by the roller. The roller bar leaves a slightly re-consolidated soil. The double row TWIN roller is particularly well suited for crushing plant residues and crumbling clods. The wavy discs are mounted on a square-rod (40 mm) with disc harrow bearings. 130 mm distance between the discs is large enough to prevent clogging. The KOMPRESSOR roller creates optimum conditions for volunteer cereals. Due to the good crumbling by the roller the soil can retain moisture very well. The DIAMOND roller is particularly robust and achieves a very good reconsolidation of the soil by its heavy weight. Clods or lumps reliably be broken up and the rapid emergence of the seed or crop failure is supported by the good soil contact. The U-roller is specially recommended on sandy soils.
