The idea about the high pressure is to get smaller droplets and coverage of the plants with less liquid in combination with gettting better under coverage on the underside of the leafes, because of the turublence generated by the high pressure. 2/1

6 HP110 Wanjet HP110 is a modern high-pressure spray unit for efficient greenhouse spraying. The machine can be adapted for efficient spraying of all types of plants. Shorter working time The capacity of the machine, in combination with the Wanjet spray system reduces working times. Highpressure sprayer Automatic agitation, to provide a completely homogeneous spraying liquid, is arranged via a by-pass valve. The filtration of particles is carried out in two stages, partly via a filter in the tank filler, and partly by means of a filter housing with a replaceable filter element, mountied between tank and pump. A hose reel, mounted at 2 points at a convenient working height, which can be turned in three directions saves time and reduces wear on the hose. By means of a pressure regulator, the working pressure can be set with an infinite range of adjustment between 0 and 150 bar. With a change of nozzle the machine can be used for highpressure cleaning. The Wanjet Spray system includes a large range of spray nozzles, for the best possible adaption to the work requirements. 9 M1 - M2 - M3 - M4 - V1 Mobile vertical spraybooms Wanjet mobile vertical spraybooms are made to make an optimal spraying of crops where vertical spraying is required. The frame and pipes are made of stainless steel. The nozzles can be individually adjusted in three different positions. Each nozzle is possible to close seperately. The nozzles are of chemical resistant plastic with ceramic insert to guarantee a long lifetime. The system can be supplied with flange wheels for piperail systems, massive rubber wheels or pneumatic wheels. For the flange wheels can the width between the wheels easaly be adjusted to fit different widths of piperail systems. All the different units below are equipped with pressure gauge, ball valve and pressure regulator.
