Transport Railways and Subways High Speed Railway (TAV) Campinas - São Paulo - Rio de Janeiro Project Scope: construction and operation of the High Speed Railway (Trem de Alta Velocidade) between the main Brazilian cities: São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Estimated Investment: R$ 34,6 Billions Airport Express Railway (Expresso Aeroporto) - São Paulo Project Scope: construction and operation of the railway that will connect São Paulo downtown to the SP International Airport in Guarulhos. Estimated Investment: R$ 1.44 Billion Rio de Janeiro Subway (RJ) Project Scope: 20 years of concession, and R$ 423 Millions of BDNES funding Estimated Investment: R$ 1,15 Billion Curitiba Subway (PR) Project Scope: 22 km of subways to be build and operated under a PPP model Estimated Investment: R$ 2 Billions Centralized System of Fees Collection (Smart Card) São Paulo (SP) Project Scope: the Smart Card system will integrate 39 cities from the São Paulo metropolitan area, connecting São Paulo subway, railway and bus transports. Estimated Investment: U$ 220 Millions 3

Transport Railways Santa Catarina Logistic Hub (SC) Project Scope: Logistic Hub to attend the ports of Itajaí, Navegantes and São Francisco do Sul. Estimated Investment: R$ 400 Millions Transcatarinense Railway- (SC) Project Scope: the railway will cross from the west of Santa Catarina Estate to the ports located on the east side. Estimated Investment: R$ 1 Billion South SP Railway Ring (Ferroanel Sul) - São Paulo - (SP) Project Scope: the railway ring will connect the ALL and MRS railways to the south of São Paulo, creating a new route for cargo trains, without using the CPTM system. Estimated Investments: U$ 333 Millions Litorânea Railway (SC) Project Scope: the railway will connect the following ports from the Estate of Santa Catarina: Itapoá, São Francisco do Sul, Navegantes, Itajaí e Imbituba. With 236 km of extension it will link Tereza Cristina railway to ALL lines. Estimated Investment: R$ 954 Millions North-South Railway 2.258km of railways in North and Central region Estimated investments: R$ 6,4 billions Transnordetina Railway 1.728 km of railways on Northeast region Estimated investments: R$ 4,5 billions 4

Transport Roadways Rodoanel SP South Part São Paulo (SP) Project Scope: roadway surrounding the south São Paulo. The construction conclusion is estimated to 4Q2009. Estimated Investment: U$ 2,3 Billions Rodoanel SP East Part São Paulo (SP) Project Scope: roadway surrounding the east São Paulo. Estimated Investment: U$ 1,75 Billion Rodoanel SP North Part São Paulo (SP) Project Scope: roadway surrounding the north São Paulo. Estimated Investment: U$ 1,6 Billion Federal Roadways Concession Program In 2010, three Federal roadways should be privatized. BR-116 Minas Gerais BR-381 Belo Horizonte until Governador Valadares BR-040 Juiz de Fora until Brasília 5

Transport Hydroways Multimodal Tiete Paraná Hydroway Project Scope: the Tiete Paraná Hydroway is a project related to the alcohol pipeline, this duct is being developed by Transpetro and should improve the economic feasibility. Estimated Investment: U$ 1,4 Billion 6

Water and Sewage SABESP Expansion, PPP and Assets leasing São Paulo (SP) The São Paulo s water and sewage company (Sabesp) has many medium size projects and is setting as PPPs. The first project is the Alto Tietê, expansion of the water and sewage system of Taiaçupeba. 10
