For Product Launches, conferences, business meetings, and seminars it would be hard to beat our facilities and services available at Drayton Old Lodge. Just 5 miles from Norwich and 10 minutes from the airport, and with plenty of on site car parking if offers an away from it all setting. With easy access and experienced staff who will tailor the event to meet your every need. Within the Old Lodge, rooms are available to accommodate groups of varying size from a small seminar to a conference of around 50 while the marquee can seat up to 200 delegates in a lecture-theatre style. Bear in mind too that this is a year round option thanks to the marquee s unique heating system. We will be happy to cater for your needs & create bespoke packages to suit. Conference Terms & Conditions Confirmations A conference is a confirmed booking once Drayton Old Lodge has received notification in writing either by email, fax or letter. Written confirmation must be received within 7 days of the original verbal confirmation. Customers should tell us not less than 7 days prior to the function the final numbers attending. We accept no responsibility for any loss of bookings arising from the failure of the person making the booking to provide either the confirmation or returning a signed agreement. Pricing Catering Cancellations All Prices quoted are Excluding VAT Only Catering supplied by Drayton Old Lodge is to be consumed on the premises. In the unfortunate event that you may have to cancel a booking or reduce numbers significantly here are cancellation charges that apply. Any Cancellations by you must be made in writing. Less than 7 days before the event Less than 2 weeks before the event pay Full charges to pay* 50% of the full quoted price* to *(room hire, equipment & catering booked) We reserve the right to cancel any booking forthwith without any liability on our part (save for the full refund of any monies prepaid), in the event of any damage or destruction to the facilities by fire, acts of God, government action or any other cause beyond our control. Deposits Event times Discounts Payments Damage On events where a deposit is required, these are non refundable once paid. Conferences will need to state the times the event is going to run during the day, if the event runs over these times stated you are likely to incur additional hourly charges for room hire. Extensions of time will be allowed if possible. Office tenants receive 30% discount on room hire or 15% discount on daily delegate rates All Conferences will be invoiced after the event Full payment must be made within 30 days of the event. Interest will be charged at 5% above bank of England base rate per day for late payments. The customer is responsible to Drayton Old Lodge for any possible damage caused by the customer, their guests, agents & employees.
