ILM Level 3 Certificate in Managing Volunteers Designed especially for the hands-on, day to day manager, leader and co-ordinator of volunteers; this programme focuses on the key aspects of the role. Incorporating workshop sessions, completion of an on-line Continuous Professional Development journal plus formal written assessments. With ongoing tutor support throughout and access to a wide range of current learning materials enabling you to achieve your qualification, gain skills and knowledge, and develop your volunteering programme.

ILM Level 5 Certificate in Managing Volunteers Aimed at managers of volunteers who may be involved in leading and developing volunteering policy within their organisation; supporting or managing others who have responsibility for volunteers; or looking to further specialise in the leadership and management of volunteers. Designed to focus on your individual professional and personal development as a manager and leader; this programme provides opportunity for learners to participate in a varied blend of activities which will both challenge and support. Including; action learning, on-line discussion and one-to-one coaching, with the completion of a formally assessed work-based assignment leading to the qualification. With an emphasis on developing your individual leadership approach and encouraging reflective practice; the programme incorporates four broad themes in order to provide a framework for expanding your skills and knowledge plus developing volunteering within your organisation.
