CCA works with families to create a more personalized curriculum geared toward helping learners succeed in school, and in life. An education should not be limited to a physical structure between the traditional hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. CCA learners attend classes virtually using the latest tools and technology. All teachers are highly qualified and Pennsylvania certified. Lessons are presented in real-time, live and in person, to meet the unique needs of each family. Family members serve as learning coaches and are encouraged to collaborate closely with teachers, who are available every weekday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CCA families have great flexibility in scheduling. 18 Opportunities for Socialization and Participation Throughout the school year, CCA provides many opportunities for peer-to-peer interaction. First, collaboration occurs in the virtual classes themselves. Classes give learners the chance to share ideas and common experiences and to have fun with other families from across Pennsylvania. CCA is proud to offer eight regional Family Service Centers to provide learners access to extra help and great hands-on activities throughout the school year.
