Our Staff Our 40-years-experienced staff made up of 80 motivated employees are at your disposal for all kind of 1 travel and logistic needs. Itermar Tour Operator has different departments. Each of them has a full Knowledge of the destination and hotels that are direcly contracted and visited by our booking staff. We sell what we see is our motto. According to the request we receive, our booking department is divided in: INCOMING Our multilanguage staff of 8 experienced operators speaking English, German, French, Spanish and Russian, take good care of groups and F.I.T. requests from foreign clients. They manage the requests together with other departments and provide the best possible offer. ITALY GROUPS DEPARTMENT Italy has so many tourist attractive areas that they need to be managed individually. For this reason group booking in Italy is managed by 2 different departments: Italy 1, composed by 12 professional operators which takes care of regions like Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany. Italy 2 department, composed of 10 booking operators takes care of: Latium, Umbria, Puglia, Campania, Calabria, Sicily and Saridinia. SKI: Department: 4 skilled operators provide any service for group and F.I.T. in the best Italian and Alpine ski resorts. SENIORS: Our staff of 10 experienced operators organize more that 1.000 holiday stays for senior passengers in Italy every year ensuring a full service and assistance. F.I.T.: We guarantee the best service for F.I.T. travellers either if they travel for business or pleasure. Itermar F.I.T. department can arrange every service in Italy. HOTELS MANAGEMENT: The 6 full property hotels and directly managed hotels in Italy are managed by our property department. COACHES: Our 30 deluxe G.T. coaches are managed by our sister company still belonging to the same tourist holding. They go from 30 to 70 seats.
