ADSS Fiber Optic Cable by Fiberteknology Totally all Dielectric Non- metal Strength member Filler Protect Loose Tube Fiber Excellent anti-electromagnet ability Application All-dielectric Self-supporting Optical Cable ADSS cable is the short form for All-dielectric Self-supporting Optical Cable. ADSS fiber optic cable is loose tube stranded; the tubes are filled with water resistant filling compound for use in Exterior. The tubes are stranded around fiber reinforced plastic are a non-metallic central strength member into a compact and circular cable core. After the ADSS cable core is filled with filling compound, it is covered with a thin PE inner sheath, after two layers of Aramid yarns which are applied in two directions over the inner sheath as strength member, the ADSS optical fiber cable is completed with Double AT outer sheath. The actual status of overhead power lines is taken into full consideration when ADSS fiber optic cable is being designed. Totally auto supported for clear large or equal to 100 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters. For power lines equal to or over 25 KV to 230 KV, AT outer sheath is applied. The delicate design of Aramid quantity and stranding process of the ADSS cable can meet the demand on various spans.

Construction ADSS fiber cables are with the follow characteristics: 1. ADSS cables can be installed without shutting off the power. 2. ADSS optical fiber cable is completed with Double AT outer sheath. 3. ADSS is light weight and small diameter reducing the load caused by ice and wind and the load on towers and back props. 4. The ADSS cable is large span length and the largest span is over 1000 meters. 5. Dynamic Radius curvature equal to 36 centimeters. 6.- Static Radius curvature equal to 20 centimeters. 7.- Totally auto supported for clear large or equal to 100 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters between structures. 8.- Chain of equal installation to 1 %. 9.- Wind speed Load Superior or equal 100 Km / Hr. 10.- For power lines equal to or over 25 KV to 230 KV. 11.- FRP all Dielectric Member. 12.- Reinforced fiber glass rod. 13.- Tension of operation and installation of (4.0 kn) for Fiber Cables for Line Voltage Power for Clear Large 100 meters and 200 meters between structures and Tension of operation of (9.0 kn) for Fiber Cables for Line Voltage Power for Clear Large of 400 meters between structures. 14.- Each tube have 12 fibers with Universal Fiber Colors. 15.-The cable have one Ripcord to facilitate the detachment of internal and external covers. 16.- Loose Tubes with Gel Protection. 17.- The ADSS Fiber Optic Cable made by Fiberteknology meets Recommendation ITU-T G.652D. 18.- High resistance coating
