Hilton Malta, 5 stars this hotel is located in the popular area that is St. Julian s. The hotel has 373 rooms and 31 suites. It is the only 5 star hotel in Malta to have a state of the art conference centre attached to it. The main meeting room can hold up to 1330 persons in theatre style. They then have a selection of smaller meeting rooms too. Leisure facilities include four outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool which is heated in winter, and a private beach.
Westin Dragonara Resort, 5 stars this hotel is located in the cosmopolitan area that is St. Julian s. The hotel has 222 rooms and 118 suites, all of which have a sea view. Meeting facilities include a conference centre, as well as 13 separate function rooms, the biggest of which is the Dragonara Point Ballroom that seats up to 550 persons in theatre style. Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta originally built in 1574 as the "Sacra Infermeria" of the Order of St John of Jerusalem, the Mediterranean Conference Centre is a rare example of a venue that combines cultural heritage with the demands of the 21 st century. Facilities include a main auditorium that can seat up to 1400 in theatre style, as well as the imposing La Vallette Hall that can cater for a banqueting event of up to 900 persons. The venue also includes 8 smaller meeting rooms, and 12 syndicate rooms.
Palazzo Parisio, Naxxar Originally the hunting lodge of Grand Master Don Antonio Manoel de Vilhena who ruled the Order between 1722 and 1736, this property was lived in by noble families. This property has a selection of rooms that can be used, the largest of which is the Ballroom which can hold up to 120 persons seated. During the warmer Spring and Summer months, the lush garden can be used and this can hold up to 800 persons for a seated dinner.
The Saluting Battery, Valletta this unique venue is found on the bastions just under the Upper Barrakka Gardens. The stunning views of the Grand Harbour and the Three Cities provide a striking backdrop for any type of dinner or wedding. This venue caters for up to 600 persons seated or 900 persons standing.
The Limestone Heritage, Siggiewi by day this venue is a family-run museum that celebrates the Maltese history and limestone as one of it s natural resources. By night it transforms into a unique events venue built within an old quarry and set in a rural and calm village. This venue can cater for up to 400 persons for a seated dinner or 600 persons for a stand up reception.
Meridiana Wine Estate, Ta Qali this property is the home of one of Malta s finest wine producers. The estate offers a variety of dining options as well as themed events. Events can include a wine-tasting session and a tour of the winery. Dining options include the cellar, an extensive terrace, as well as the actual vineyard fields. Seating capacities are of a maximum of 220 persons seating and 500 persons for a stand up reception.

This restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine and has a seating capacity of 50 persons inside and 145 outside.
De Mondion this award winning restaurant rates top for food and overall in Malta sits proudly at the top of a beautifully converted 17 th century Palazzo, now the Xara Palace Hotel, in the magnificient historic city of Mdina. It serves French and Mediterranean cuisine and can host 50 persons inside, and 70 persons outside.
Razzett L-Antik located within the atmospheric walls of a 400 year old mill room in the bakers village of Qormi, Razzett L-Antik prides itself on the promotion of over a thousand years of Maltese food and culture. The restaurant serves Maltese cuisine and can seat 150 persons inside, and 80 outside.
Barracuda This restaurant is located in Balluta Bay, St. Julian s, a short walk away from the main nightlife area of Paceville. Barracuda is known for reined dining, specialising in fish and shellfish. The beautifully presented, extensive menu changes bi-annually. This restaurant can cater for up to 90 persons inside and 60 outside.
Activities
Valletta Gastronomical Tour Clients will be exploring through our historic capital city of Valletta, visiting sites such as the magnificent St. John s Co-Cathedral and at 4 different locations they will encounter a stand with some of the local delicacies which they can try and enjoy. In order to add a team-building aspect this tour can also be turned into a walking treasure hunt.
DAF Safari there are various ways of seeing an island, but there aren t many ways of seeing an island in detail. This has been made possible by means of a jeep safari. These jeeps are authentic DAF trucks. These trucks can be used for a variety of activities including a jeep safari, a jeep rally and a jeep treasure hunt. 7 of these trucks are available in Malta, and each one can take 8 passengers.
