After you will continue the journey visiting the Bouza Bodega Boutique, where we will experience a visit with wine tasting and lunch. Juanicó: Drive 37 km. North of the city to visit one of the vineyards and wineries leaders. A production of 300 acres is processed in the winery, with a capacity of 750,000 gallons. The privileged land and micro climate of Juanico helped this area to become a great place for growing grapes. The vineyards began with 50,000 plants; just over a century later, it has become a major plant growing of the best classic varieties. The conversion process used throughout the structure of its vineyards includes an intelligent management system based on principles of awnings organic agriculture. The main cultivated varieties include Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Colombard, Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noire, in addition to the specialty of the house, the Tannat, a very unique strain that has won several awards recently in the European market.
