Simran Kaushal, International Tax Partner, PwC Simran Kaushal is a Partner in the International Tax Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers San Jose. Simran has over 20 years of experience and expertise in all aspects of international tax planning, including structuring of overseas operations, planning to minimize foreign taxes, cross-border asset transfers and reorganizations, joint ventures, international acquisition structuring and integration as well as repatriation planning. Simran's specific focus is Integrated Global Structuring Projects that achieve significant cash tax savings and worldwide structural tax rate reductions. She offers expertise with the migration of intangible property rights in conjunction with global expansion, including design of alternative structures, developing the deferral strategy and hands on implementation assistance.
