1 Dinos Antoniou Dinos Antoniou is the C.E.O of Dinos Antoniou & Co Ltd. He has been awarded with the CPA in America and is also a holder of an MBA from St Johns University in New York while his BSc was focused on Economics from the Aristotelio University in Thessalonica in Greece. He is a member of the ICPAC. Dinos professional experience has been in big audit firms in the United States of America as well as in his home country (Cyprus) since Dinos has gained valuable experience by working in the banking sector for 3 years and he is the founder and the C.E.O of Dinos Antoniou & Co Ltd, established in Dinos is a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA). Marios Efthymiou Marios Efthymiou is a Senior Partner in Dinos Antoniou & Co Ltd. Marios Efthymiou has been awarded with the FCCA and is also a holder of a BSc in Economics from Salford University, UK. Marios is now an FCCA with many years of experience in the field of audit financial and taxation consultancy and investment project appraisal and is also a member of ICPAC. Marios has worked in prime international and local firms and he has dealt with small, medium, large and public companies, both local and international establishing in this way a high level of professionalism to meet clients' needs through professional services. Marios is the head of the audit and tax department of the firm.

2 Aviram Melamed Aviram Melamed is a holder of an MBA and BA in Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Accountant since 1997 and is a partner at B.M. Certified Public Accountants since Aviram's work experience focuses on international and local tax consulting where he has extensive experience in representing companies and self-employed before the tax authorities, auditing government companies, individuals and nonprofit organizations, accompanying activities opposite banks. His accounting practice focuses on public companies, government companies, private companies and nonprofit organization while other main fields of practice consist of tourism, contractors, high-tech, wholesale and retail trade. Miltos Michaelas Miltos Michaelas is the Director of the International Business Banking, Marfin Laiki Bank, Cyprus. 3 Kyriacos Michaelides, Director, Wealth Management, Marfin Laiki Bank Cyprus Kyriacos holds a Masters in Business Administration degree in Financial Services. He studied and worked in New York before returning to Cyprus to join Laiki Bank in Since then he has held management positions in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Asset Management, and International Business Banking. In 2008 he was appointed as Director of the Wealth Management Division of Marfin Laiki Bank in Cyprus. He is also a member of the Core Leadership team of the Bank. Phani Schiza Antoniou Phani Schiza Antoniou is the Managing Director in Globalserve Consultants Ltd. She has been awarded of an MBA Finance from the City University Business School in London and her BSc being on Economics from the London University. Phani has worked for a well known commercial bank in Cyprus for 24 years where she had excelled and gained the role of the Regional Manager in Limassol. Since 2006 she is the managing director of Globalserve Consultants Ltd in Cyprus.

4 Andrea Prospero Was born in Acquarossa (TI), Switzerland on September 23rd, Founder of Prospero Law Firm and Platinum Administration SA. He obtained the degree of Attorney-at-law in Switzerland in Graduating at the University of Bern, after attending in parallel the University of Lausanne. He has held important positions as tax and legal advisor in international fiduciary companies (Arthur Andersen, KPMG in Bern, Zurich, Lugano and Geneva). He is a member of numerous boards of directors for Swiss and foreign companies, and also active in boards of foundations and associations with humanitarian ideals and purposes. 5 Ofer Rachmany Ofer Rachmany is an international tax lawyer and the head of this tax area in Udi Barzily Law Firm, one of the prominent and leading tax firms in Israel. He is a graduate of the Leiden University LL.M. Program in International Taxation (with focus on the taxation of trusts and a holder of an LL.M. degree in European Community Law from Leiden University and LL.B. degree of the Tel Aviv University. He has worked with a tax consultation firm in the Netherlands, the PWC Israel and GKH Law one of the top ten law firms in Israel. Boris Bruk Boris Bruk is of counsel in Salans' Moscow office. He specialises in general corporate and international tax law and has considerable experience in advising on tax aspects of corporate restructurings. In particular, Boris advises clients on tax structuring in connection with financing joint ventures in Russia, cross border transactions, and inbound and outbound investments.
