Guests are also offered the option of in-room dining Chef Kevin Humphries menus entice guests with creative and varied selections ranging from light snacks to elegant and private meals to enjoy in-suite. All guests and homeowners of the Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa receive attentive service and have access to an extensive list of amenities and services provided by the Lodge. GUEST SERVICES 24-hour guest service is available to handle reception, valet, and concierge, maintenance and housekeeping services. Ski equipment will be securely maintained throughout the stay in private ski lockers and other equipment can be stored year-round in your private owner locker. SOLITUDE SPA Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa recently expanded to offer homeowners and guests holistic, natural treatments designed to restore body and soul with the new 16,000 square foot Solitude Spa. This addition includes 10 treatment rooms, two couples treatment rooms with fireplaces, in-room hot tubs and balconies, a yoga/ motion studio, 22-person rooftop hot tub, an extensive fitness center with indoorand outdoor heated pools, five separate hot tubs, and men s and women s locker rooms with private steam rooms and hot tub. The suites offer full kitchens and fireplaces. The design vernacular of the Lodge is that of the great National Park Lodges of the West, featuring a rustic log post and beam lobby with two massive wood burning fireplaces, indoor and outdoor pools, rooftop terrace with 22-person hot tub, Cascade Grill House and Spirits, conference center, long term owner storage, dedicated indoor and outdoor parking, and an on-site property management office.
UNIT TYPES Teton Mountain Lodge and Spa has an excellent mix of condominiums with a variety of floor plans. The lodge has 88 condominium units consisting of: 13 Studios 32 One-Bedroom Units 5 Three-Bedroom Units (Penthouse) 26 Two-Bedroom Units 12 Two-Bedroom Bi-Level Units The individual units are sold on a whole ownership basis to individual buyers. All units come completely furnished. Each suite s furniture, fixture and decor will be on a replacement schedule managed by the operating company to ensure consistent quality for owners and guests alike. Through homeowner s fee structures, owners will be given incentives to make their units available for short-term rental and management by the operating company. There will, however, be no requirement to rent the unit through the Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Company. An Owner may choose any other resort management company or choose not make the unit available for rentals at all. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Company is a management company dedicated exclusively to this project. This Management Company s purpose is to manage the Teton Mountain Lodge s Homeowner s Association and rental management agreement with individual owners and oversee the operation of hotel services. It is the goal of Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Company to manage the individual units for the Owners to ensure complete ease of ownership. Services will include: 24-hour front desk and concierge service, room service, housekeeping, spa facility, full-scale marketing, reservation services, reporting and accounting services, furniture, fixture and décor maintenance and replacement service. The Management Company intends to optimize an Owner s rental income while instilling the Owner with the confidence that the property is being maintained with the utmost care. When an Owner chooses Teton Mountain Lodge Property Management Company, that Owner chooses freedom. Ideally, the only mail received will be a quarterly letter and a revenue statement accompanied by a rental income check.
