Additional water and sewage is billed at a rate of $10.50 per 1,000 gallons. ELECTRICITY Southwind townhomes are individually metered. Electric service is provided by Somerset Rural Electric in Somerset, PA and is billed on a monthly basis. GAS Southwind townhomes are individually metered. Gas service is provided by Dominion Peoples Natural Gas in Somerset, PA and is billed on a monthly basis. INSURANCE Each homeowner is responsible for obtaining fire and liability insurance on their own home. These are townhomes not condominiums. The purchaser needs a regular homeowners insurance policy. TELEPHONE Verizon North and Armstrong provide phone service. CABLE/INTERNET SERVICE Verizon North and Armstrong provide high speed internet service. TYPE OF OWNERSHIP Fee simple.
