Pay-As You-Play Programs Pay as you play programs are organized by the City of Kitchener staff in the Adults 50+ division with the daily play of these activities looked after by direct city volunteers. No registration is required for these programs but individuals must purchase and hand in tickets for each time they participant. Cost of tickets are $3.22 for members and $5.76 for non-members. Books of 10 tickets available at a reduced price.. Tickets can be purchased at either Breithaupt or Downtown CC main offices.
