Make a Deposit: You can take a picture of a check with your smart phone and deposit it through our free Mobile Check Deposit feature in the VyStar Mobile Banking App. Get Your Statements: Get member and credit card monthly statements online. The next page explains the easy steps you need to take to begin.

Your Guide to INTERNET BANKING QUICK START to login & assistance 1. In your PC s web browser, type www.vystarcu.org. 2. Go to Internet Banking Login on the home page: Enter your Member Number in the Username box. 1 Enter your Magic*Touch PIN* in the Password box and click [ LOGIN ]. This password is temporary and only used during the enrollment process. *If you do not have a Magic*Touch PIN, call (904) 777-6000 or (800) 445-6289, option 1. 3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions. 4. Create a New Username: Once you have used your Member Number to enroll, you will need to create a new Username. Your new Username must be between 6 and 20 characters long and must contain one letter. It can be all letters, or combinations of letters, numbers and these symbols: @$*_-=!~ (do not use numbers only/no blank spaces). 5. Create a New Password: Once you have used your Magic*Touch PIN to enroll, you will need to create your own password. This is done by entering the current password, Magic*Touch PIN, and then entering and confirming a new password. This new password will be used from now on when you login to Internet Banking. Note: Your new password must contain between 8 and 32 characters. You can use a combination of letters and numbers -or- letters and symbols such as!@=$ -or- numbers and symbols. 6. Complete your Security Contact Information: This extra layer of protection helps verify your identity when a PC is not recognized or registered. It is also used to reset your password ❶ when locked out ( forgot your password feature). You will be asked to set up options to receive a secure one-time access code. Follow the steps to choose how you want to receive your access code: via a text message, automated voice call or email. When you login from a computer that is not registered, a code will be randomly generated and sent to you. Once received, enter the numbers to continue. When you enroll in Internet Banking, you will have the option to select Register this computer which means the computer is recognized and an access code will not be required at login. A computer that is set as a Public computer will require a one-time access code at login. 7. Keep your Security Contact Information up-to-date. Go to My Profile anytime you need to make a change to your information. 8. To use Mobile Banking services you must be enrolled in Internet Banking and have set up Bill Payer from a PC first. When you login to Internet Banking from your webenabled mobile device, you will be sent a one-time access code via a text or validate through a voice call at numbers you have pre-set in Internet Banking. See page 14 for more details. 2

Getting Started Now that you have set up your login information, you are ready to use Internet Banking to access your VyStar accounts and manage your money online like a pro. VyStar s secure Internet Banking offers 24-hour service and a variety of tools and features you can use from a PC or mobile device, anytime and from anywhere. Welcome to Internet Banking When you first open Internet Banking, you will find helpful tools at the top of the screen to include My Profile, Help, and Support as seen in the illustration below. MY PROFILE: Keep your security information current. This is the place to go to change your Username and Password and update your security contacts. Security Contacts allows you to change your phone numbers and email address it is important to keep this information current at all times. Under My Profile, you will also find a section called Other Settings that allows you to set up: Alerts & Notifications: Register your device and activate Text Message Banking* to receive an instant reply with your account balance and/or the last five transactions on your account sent to your cell phone or other mobile device within seconds. Set up and perform funds transfers. Also, get a periodic balance alert for your default account sent to your mobile device every Friday. Example: When you send a text with words like BAL to 454545 from your cell phone, you will receive you account balance within seconds. 1 3

Your Guide to INTERNET BANKING *VyStar does not charge fees for banking wireless. If you do not have a device to access mobile site, wireless banking or text message banking, there may be a cost to purchase/rent one. There can be monthly service fees and other charges by the carrier for text messaging, email and wireless Internet access. Certain restrictions apply. VyStar is not responsible for usage, services or charges incurred on any device. Note: Your device does not have to be Internet-capable to use this service. Set up Email Alerts & Notifications: Get an alert when your balance is greater than or less than a certain amount on a select account, get a message when checks are cleared, set up to receive a notice so many days before a loan payment is due; set up payment past due and periodic balance alerts. All your notifications will be sent via email to the address you have set up in Internet Banking. You can set up a notification for just about anything using Personal Reminder. Rename & Hide Your Accounts gives you the ability to label your accounts with any name you choose for easier recognition. For example: Primary Savings Account can be renamed to My Vacation. Each item has a brief description of its function. HELP: When you have a question, the Internet Banking Help feature is always available to walk you through. Get quick access to information and easy-tounderstand descriptions of various site functions. SUPPORT: To contact us, click Support for secure communications between you and your credit union. Find answers fast. Search our Knowledge Base or reach a VyStar Representative via Internet Banking s secure Chat or E-mail. LOGOUT: Always remember to click Logout when you have completed your secure online session. It is a website safety feature designed to protect your confidential account information. Use it every time. On-screen Calendar and Calculator: For your convenience, Internet Banking provides a monthly calendar and calculator on the far right side of the your accounts screen. ❶Featured [on page 3]: Watch for what s popular and new in Internet Banking to help you better manage your money online. When you login, we suggest you glance at the Featured area on the screen to learn more about your Internet Banking services. 4

YOUR ACCOUNTS Have your account information and Internet Banking services in one place. View a summary of all your VyStar accounts. Make transfers and payments, get Purchase Rewards cash back offers, set up free Bill Payer, and view your spending at a glance with FinanceWorks TM. ❶View Your Transactions: Select your Account Name (example: Checking Account) to go to your account history page. Show your transactions in 10 day, 30 day, or monthly increments, or select custom dates. Click See Account Details to view your account details (example: account type/number, interest rate, year-to-date 3 6 1 2 7 4 8 5 5

Your Guide to INTERNET BANKING dividends or interest), make a transfer, or print your information. Interact with Purchase Rewards. Members with credit cards can click their card name for their credit card account information which includes recent card activity and history, and online services for your card account. ❷Quick Peek: The Quick peek link will open an account transaction overlay that displays your most recent transaction details. View recent transactions 5 days or 30 days depending on the account type Find key account details and have a Pay now option for loan accounts Make a transfer Go to your account history page ❸Make a Transfer: Click this button to open and use the Move money overlay activity screen. Transactions will post immediately once you complete the transfer. ❹Pay: Initiate a transfer payment right under your account by selecting pay. The pay link opens the Move money window where you can complete the payment. ❺Outside Accounts: View the credit cards and accounts you hold with other financial institutions (outside accounts), the display will adjust to fit your screen, and you can opt to hide or show account groups with one click. ❻Purchase Rewards Offers: VyStar members with a checking account and VyStar Visa Check Card will have access to offers via Internet Banking. This section breaks down the details of new offers as well as offers already on a card and gives a total of cash back earned. Purchase Rewards can also be viewed when you go to your checking account history. See page 10 for details on our Purchase Rewards program. How does it work? CLICK to activate an offer for your card, SHOP with your card to redeem the offer, and then ENJOY the cash back rewards you have earned. No sign up is needed. Just start adding offers you are interested in. Note: Each offer provides different details about when and where to shop to earn cash back. ❼Make a Payment: A shortcut to VyStar s free Bill Payer services to receive and pay your bills online. See page 9 for details. ❽View My Spending: At the FinanceWorks TM access point, open the application in the same browser window. Set up free FinanceWorks and you will be able to view your spending at a glance on your Internet Banking Accounts page with a pie chart of your activities for the last 30 days. See page 12 for more about FinanceWorks powered by Quicken. 6

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: ❶Alerts & Notifications: Text Message Banking: Go to Additional Services and in the drop down menu select Alerts & Notifications to set up or deactivate Text Message Banking service. See page 14 for details on Text Message Banking and other Mobile services. E-mail Alerts & Notifications: Also under Alerts & Notifications, you will be able to set reminders about your balance or just about anything else. Select the type of notice you would like. Send it directly to your email address. 3 1 ❷e-Statements: Get your statements online instead of in the mail it s safer and more accessible. Up to 12 months' statement history, reconcile accounts and save a copy for your records. Go to Additional Services select e-statements & Tax Forms from the drop down menu, click Accept the agreement and you re done. At next statement release, you ll get an email notice your statement is ready in Internet Banking. 2 ❸More under the ADDITIONAL SERVICES Tab: Look for more services under the Additional Services tab to include: Apply for a Loan gives members the ability to apply for a consumer or credit card loan online. Choose the type of loan you want with this easy application process. Cancel Your ATM Card, Check Card or Credit Card without waiting. Check Stop Payment for single or multiple checks. Design Your Own Check Card. Follow the easy steps to personalize your card with an image of your choice. E-Statements & Tax Forms. If you receive your statements electronically, you can also view your tax forms online when VyStar s year-end tax reporting information is released. Mobile Banking offers additional information about our secure mobile solutions. Open a New Account for opening additional accounts online. Not all account types are eligible to be opened online. Ask for details. Order a Check Card for members who have a VyStar checking account. Reorder Checks without having to call or visit a branch. UChoose Rewards for your points-earning Credit Card and Check Card. 7

Your Guide to INTERNET BANKING 4 5 6 7 8 ❹BILL PAYER: Review, manage and pay your bills online. The Bill Payer tab takes you directly to Bill payer services via Internet Banking. Once set up, look for this free service on your mobile device when you type in www.vystarcu.org (you will be redirected to Banking Access) and when you download our free Mobile Banking app. See page 9 for more details on Bill Payer service. ❺MOVE MONEY: To set up, schedule and manage transfers, go to the Move Money tab as seen above. Select External Transfers: Transfer Between My Accounts allows you to transfer funds from your VyStar account to an account you have at another financial institution, securely in just a few steps. Pay Other People, called Popmoney, gives you the ability to send money to virtually anyone using their email address, mobile number or bank account information. You will be notified when the transaction is completed. A one-time registration is required to get started. Select Make a Transfer: Transfer funds from one VyStar account to another VyStar account. Make a one-time loan payment, add to your savings and more. Set up one-time and recurring transfers. Choose Scheduled Transfers from the menu to monitor the transfers you have scheduled. ❻MANAGE MONEY: Set up free FinanceWorks to manage your finances [see page 12 for details]. Prepare and file your taxes with My TurboTax online. ❼SECURE FORMS: Many electronic forms are available under the Secure Forms tab. Change your address on file, report fraud, complete an ATM/PIN-based claim, register a card dispute, and make a credit card balance transfer request. Convert your nonvariable rate credit card to one of VyStar s variable rate cards. Enroll in Easy-Pay and Remote Check Deposit, make IRA and/or HSA contributions and request an electronic stop payment. ❽VYCHAT: Get answers and assistance fast by communicating live with a VyStar Representative through a secure chat at www.vystarcu.org (from our home page or via Internet Banking). VyChat hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (EST) 8

BILL PAYER Pay Your BILLS ONLINE It s Fast and FREE! VIEW & PAY BILLS: Free Bill Payer offers you convenience by saving you time and money. Review, manage and pay your bills from one secure service. Keep up to 24 months payment history. No more checks, envelopes, stamps or delays. Set up bills to be paid and select a pay date in minutes with quick and easy access. Pay all your bills online anytime. And the service is free of charge! Pay your bills automatically and promptly on the dates you specify: Combine your entire bill paying needs onto one central page. Set up your payment schedule for recurring bills using the online calendar tool. Payee Categories will automatically be assigned such as Mortgage, Utilities or Telephone. Create new payee categories on the Bill History and Manage My Bills screens. Select and identify your default funding account. Bill reminder feature: Set up reminders/emails when a payment is made or to let you know that an upcoming bill needs to be scheduled. You ll also be notified by email if a payment has failed. Pay your bills at no cost to you - save time, money and hassle. No limitations - make as many bill payments per day as you want. Enrolling for free Bill Payer is easy! Click the Bill Payer tab or use Make a Payment on your My Accounts screen. Select Enroll Me and follow the easy steps to enroll. A Help feature is available to answer your questions. 4 Easy Steps to Enroll in Bill Payer Step 1: Personal Information for Primary Account Holder: Contains all information necessary to support the Bill Payer enrollment process. Personal Information. Because you are in Internet Banking, your name, address, social security number, phone number, and email address will be displayed automatically for you. Account Section Title. From the drop-down menu, be sure to select the account you want to be the primary Bill Payer account. Step 2: Confirmation Screen: This screen will allow you to verify that the information you just submitted is correct. If the information is not correct, you will have the option to continue, edit or cancel. Step 3: Registration Disclosure: Review the Terms and Conditions and click Agree to begin the identity verification process. We verify your information with a consumer credit reporting agency for your security and protection. Step 4: Bill Payer Completion Screen: This screen lets you know your registration is complete. You will receive an email confirmation. 9

Your Guide to PURCHASE REWARDS PURCHASE REWARDS for VyStar Check Cardholders Purchase Rewards are actual offers Checking Account members with VyStar Visa Check Cards will randomly receive online via Internet Banking and are based on how you currently shop to ensure the offers are useful to you. We do not share your personal information with retailers. This program is for Checking Account members who have a VyStar Visa Check Card and can only be accessed while in Internet Banking. NOTE: Purchase Rewards should not be confused with points-earning UChoose Rewards programs for VyStar Check Cards and Platinum Rewards/Platinum Rewards Plus credit cards. Start earning cash back at places you shop most. The more you use your Check Card, the more offers you will get. 1 2 Here s how Purchase Rewards works: Go to www.vystarcu.org, and perform your normal Internet Banking login. View all offers and rewards in a section called Purchase Rewards on both the My Accounts page and checking account history page❶. You can also get Purchase Rewards offers and notice you have earned rewards among transactions within your checking account history❷. When you find an offer you like, click Add to card to activate the offer and get full offer details along with the expiration date. The Purchase Rewards offer you selected is now ready for you to make your purchase. Shop at the participating retailer and pay with your VyStar Check Card (this can be a PIN or signature-based transaction) to earn your cash back Purchase Rewards. Note: Each offer provides different details about when and where to shop to earn your cash back. Put cash in your account. When the transaction is completed, we will deposit the cash back Purchase Rewards you have earned directly into your VyStar checking account 30-60 days after you redeem the offer. 10

VyStar CREDIT CARD account access With Internet Banking, you have access to services and account information on your VyStar credit cards. Pay your bill online each month with Pay-My-Bill. View and monitor your account transactions as often as you like it s free. To view your credit card information click on your credit card name under the Loans section of the Internet Banking My Accounts page. At the top of the credit card account information screen, you can select: Statements & Activity for access to your recent transaction history. You can click View Statements to see your current credit card statement or to order paper copies of older statements. Click Go Paperless to enroll in e- Statements. Payments allows you to make a payment and view payment history. You will also find the address to send your payments to. Services gives you several options, including Design Your Own Card. You can also dispute a transaction. Click Manage Cards to to request a PIN or replacement card. Communications allows you to set up and view Visa Transaction Alerts. Logout for your security. Don t forget to click Logout at the top of the screen when you are finished using this site. 11 SETTING UP Electronic Payments & other e-services VyStar e-services are convenient and secure. Order your VyStar checks online. Have your tax refund directly deposited into your VyStar account. Pay a utility bill directly from your checking account. Whatever the case may be, it is very important to use the correct numbers when setting up these types of transactions. What numbers do I use to set up an electronic transaction? For Checking accounts: Use the account number listed on your checks, as seen in the diagram on the next page, using the MICR line at the bottom. You can also find your checking account number when you login to Internet Banking. It is listed on the My Accounts screen. Go to Full History on your account and click see account details. Or, look on your monthly paper statement or e-statement above the transactions on each account you have. For other Deposit accounts: Use the numbers in Internet Banking (Full History/see account details) or on your monthly paper statement or e-statement. Checking and savings accounts each have their own set of numbers.

Have all your bills in one spot; track and manage your finances both at VyStar and with other financial institutions in one location. Set up FinanceWorks and enjoy the Snapshot of your spending and accounts on your Internet Banking My Accounts page: Set up FinanceWorks to view a pie chart of your 30-day spending activities❶. Set up FinanceWorks and add outside accounts. Keep track of your non-vystar accounts and credit cards they can be displayed right along with your VyStar accounts. Go to FinanceWorks from your My Accounts page under the Manage Money tab or in the section called View My Spending❶, Accept the Terms and Conditions, and follow the instructions to get started. A Demo is available to help. Connect to over 5,000 financial institutions and creditors in addition to VyStar. You can manage all your accounts...checking, savings and loans. Manage your cash flow. Have a clear bottom line so you can more easily see if you are living within your means. Save. Spend less so you can save more. See where you are spending your money so you can identify ways to save up for something special. Know how much money you really have to spend. Track your Balance and account total that includes not just cleared transactions, but upcoming transactions as well. Organize. Ensure bills are paid on time. Avoid late fees on late bill payments. Your SECURITY is a serious matter VyStar's Internet Banking is a very secure way to perform your transactions and view your accounts. Your account information is protected by the use of multiple security measures that work together to create a safe environment. In Internet Banking financial information is exchanged between your PC and your credit union's computer using the Internet. We utilize industry accepted security practices that are appropriate for our members and the way they choose to perform their online business with us. Keeping your financial and personal information secure and confidential is one of our most important responsibilities. Our systems are protected so your member information remains secure. LOOK FOR THE LOCK: Our secure sites are best recognized by the padlock symbol on your screen. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) scrambles and unscrambles data as information passes between you and Internet Banking. As a user you don't have to do a thing except make sure you have a web browser version that can participate in this process. Security Contact Information: In addition to secure login procedures that allow you to access your Internet Banking accounts, VyStar also provides an extra layer of security that can further prevent fraudsters from impersonating legitimate users and attempting to steal your account information, or worse yet, the funds in your account. It is VyStar s current solution to what regulators describe as "multi-factor authentication" a security enhanced requirement for all financial institutions. When you enroll in Internet Banking, you are asked to provide your Security Contact Information and then choose Yes. Register this computer. or No. This is a public computer. If you choose to Register your PC, your PC will be recognized the next time you login and no access code is required. If you choose Public, next time you login you will need to enter a one-time access code that is randomly generated and sent to the phone or email address you have set up in Internet Banking. Always keep your Security Contact Information current. To make changes, login to Internet Banking from your PC and go to My Profile. Your Guide to SECURITY& WIRELESS Go WIRELESS VYSTAR MOBILE SERVICES Enrolled Internet Banking Users can access VyStar s website and login to their Internet Banking accounts using their web-enabled smartphone, laptop or tablet computer. Type in www.vystarcu.org on your web-enabled mobile device. This will redirect you to the Banking Access login screen (at https://wireless.vystarcu.org) and give you the ability to access your credit union, financial information and manage your money, anytime and from anywhere. You can also quickly perform a Branch or ATM locator search for maps and driving directions, check VyStar s current rates, and contact us. Login by entering your Internet Banking Username, Password, and then validate via text me (a one-time access code) or call me at the numbers you pre-set in Internet Banking. Note: It is important to keep your Security Contact Information current. To make a change/update, login to Internet Banking on your PC and select My Profile at the top of the screen. Free VyStar Mobile Banking Apps: Browse the Apple itunes App Store for iphone, itouch and ipad or the Google Play Store for Android Smartphones. Search for VyStar Credit Union and tap download. Monitor your account transactions, check account balances, pay bills, and transfer money. To login requires you to enter your Internet Banking Username, Password and then validate with either text me (a onetime access code) or call me at the number pre-set in Internet Banking. Mobile Check Deposit: Once you already have the VyStar Mobile Banking App downloaded, you can take a picture of a check with your smart phone and deposit it to your account. TEXT MESSAGE BANKING Have your account balance and/or the last five transactions on your account sent to your cell phone or other mobile device within seconds. Set up and perform funds transfers. Also, get a periodic balance alert for your default account sent to your mobile device every Friday. To register, login to Internet Banking and select Alerts and Notifications from the menu under the Additional Services tab and follow the quick and easy steps. (Your device does not have to be Internet-capable.) The funds you deposit via your mobile app may not be available for immediate withdrawal.
