MANUAL 3 (11) 1. Requirements To log on to ProjectWise in Trafikverket and work with ByPass Stockholm you will need: 1. An active account at Trafikverket. 2. A password to your account. 3. A one-time password (OTP). The OTP can be received in two different ways: a. You have a mobile phone registered at Trafikverket to receive a text message with your one-time password (OTP). b. You have a token card from Trafikverket to generate an OTP. 4. An installed ProjectWise client, version 08.11.11.115 or 08.11.11.111, preferably 08.11.11.115 though. 5. An installed ProjectWise Document Actions Manager SS4 (DAM) customization, product version: 08.119.04.03. Please contact your Project Administrator or Data Manager if you lack one of the requirements above. 2. Support If you need help, please contact Trafikverket IT Support. MANUAL 4 (11) 3. Configure the network connection The following instruction requires you to be local administrator on the computer. If you do not have this permission, you ll need to contact your IT-department for help. Your IT-department will ask for information described in step 4 and step 5. If your computer is connecting to ProjectWise from the Trafikverket network, you will only need to set the datasource configuration. If your computer is connecting from outside of Trafikverket s network, you will in addition to the datasource configuration also need to set the DNS Services configuration. 1. Start up your ProjectWise client. 2. On your top menu, click the Tools link. Then click the Network Configuration Settings.

MANUAL 6 (11) 3. A dialogue will open. Click the tab Datasource Listing. 4. If the data source pwis.trafikverket.se with port 5800 is not listed already, as in the picture above, you need to list it. Fill in the textboxes with the following information: a. Name: pwis.trafikverket.se b. Hostname: pwis.trafikverket.se c. Port: 5800 Click the Apply button. Your configuration connection should now show as in the picture above.
MANUAL 7 (11) 5. If you are working outside from Trafikverket s network, you also need to configure the DNS Services. Click the DNS Services tab. 6. If the DNS Services pwis.trafikverket.se with port 5800 is not listed already, as in the picture above, you need to list it. Fill in the textboxes with the following information: a. Name: pwis.trafikverket.se b. Hostname: pwis.trafikverket.se c. Port: 5800 Click the Apply button. Your configuration connection should now show as in the picture above. 7. Click the OK button and close the dialogue. You are now ready to work with the ProjectWise client.
MANUAL 8 (11) 4. Log on to your datasource Once you have configured the network connection as described in chapter 3, you should have a view listing the data sources in ProjectWise. 1. Double-click the datasource you want to access. 2. If your computer is connected to ProjectWise from outside the Trafikverket network, a log on dialogue will show. Enter your Trafikverket username and password and click the OK button. You should now see the folders in the datasource. The log on encountered a problem if a log on dialogue shows again instead of the folders. Enter your Trafikverket username and password again and click the OK button. If the log on dialogue still persists, you need to contact your Project Administrator or Data Manager. 3. If your computer is connecting to ProjectWise from inside the Trafikverket network, you should now see the folders in the datasource. MANUAL 9 (11) 4. 5. Information about your account 1. Log on to Min Sida at www.trafikverket.se. If you need help, read the manual How to log on to Trafikverket. Click the tab Mina inställningar (in english=my settings). Mina uppgifter = My account information Förnamn = First name Efternamn = Last name Avdelning = Department Företag = Company Epost = Email Mobiltelefon = Mobile Kontot giltigt till = account valid through To change your account information, please contact Trafikverket IT Support: tel: +46-771-828 828. 2. Click the tab Mina inställningar. Your password is valid for a NN days cycle. You need to change it before the cycle ends.
MANUAL 10 (11) 6. Change your password: Step-by-Step instruction Your password will be valid for a 60 days cycle. You will receive an e-mail with instructions how to change your password when the cycle is coming to an end. The instruction below is used if you need to change your password before the cycle is up. 1. Log on as described i chapter 3. 2. Click the tab Mina inställningar. Mina uppgifter = My account information Förnamn = First name Efternamn = Last name Avdelning = Department Företag = Company Epost = Email Mobiltelefon = Mobile Kontot giltigt till = account valid through To change your account information, please contact Trafikverket IT Support: tel: +46-771-828 828. Your password is valid for a NN days cycle. You need to change it before the cycle ends. 3. To change your password, click the link Till ändra lösenord.
