Group Overview Started in 2005, as a Boutique advisory firm to provide professional real estate advisory services to HNI & Ultra HNI. Initiated under brand name EVIG, renamed in 2012 as Valion. Valion is India s first P.R.E.F.O Private Real Estate Family Office. With vintage of over 9 years and having presence in Gurgaon, Mumbai and Singapore. Valion is trusted and preferred partner to over 1000 HNI/ Super HNIC families in India and abroad with combined investments and assets under management of over INR.3500 crores. The Group Launched its Property Management Services in 2014 under the brand PropCare to cater to underserved Property Owners owning multiple properties or staying away from city of asset. Further a full fledged Development Company under the brand name UNICO was launched and first captive project of about 10 acres was initiated in Bhiwadi with about 220 dwelling units. Unico also serves as a Development Management Company to Super HNI who owns land parcels and have intent to capitalise it through development. Today, the group is a niche and a leading & established name in Indian Real Estate.
