Administration in CSP Control Panel vs in MOP (Microsoft Online Portal) 2 MOP or CSP Control Panel Administration > This administration can be done in the MOP or CSP Control Panel and will be synchronized: Creating, deleting, administrating Users Adding and administrating domains Linking licenses to users CSP Control Panel Administration > This Administration must be done in the CSP Control Panel: Creating additional CSP Customer-Admins Resource upgrades/downgrades Adding domains hosted on the Swissscom Office 365 DNS Server MOP Administration > This administration must be done in the MOP (Microsoft Online Portal): Configuring applications Editing MOP user profiles Adding domains hosted outside the Swissscom Office 365 DNS Server O365 service password policy settings IMPORTANT: Passwords changed in the MOP will not be synchronized with the CSP Control Panel. Password policies are not synchronised at all between the CSP and MOP. This has no effect on functionality.

Administration in the CSP Control Panel vs Microsoft Online Portal (MOP) Notice for customers that act as CSP customer admins 3 Office 365 users Password reset via browser via browser use via Outlook (PC) or mobile phone client configuration use login.microsoftonline.com https://cp.cspp.swisscom.ch CP Administration Control Panel MOP Administration: portal.microsoftonline.com/admin Office 365 Customer as CSP customer admin Swisscom CSP MOP MOP (Microsoft Online Portal) allows users and administrators to use and configure their accounts.

How the customer as CSP Customer Admin accesses the CSP Control Panel 4 CSP Control Panel Login Fenster https://cp.cspp.swisscom.ch Use the CSP Customer Admin name here. This language applies to a session, even if the user has configured other settings. For O365 End-Users: This function requires that a CSP secondary e-mail address has already been entered in the Control Panel. After the password has been reset (and possibly further changed by the user), the user must also set the new password in all clients he or she uses to access the Office 365 service (mobile phone, Outlook, etc). Important For CSP Customer Admin accounts: This function requires that the CSP Customer Admin s email address has already been entered in the Control Panel under Account/Account settings/administrative Contact Information. For Partner Accounts: Changing password is not recommended for the initial CSP Admin Account of a partner. The initial partner admin account is that which is initially allocated by Swisscom to the partner and which is used to facilitate managing multiple customers (single-sign-on). Swisscom can help to change partner passwords.

Changing admin passwords is useful for the CSP Customer Admin account related to a customer. (The name and password were originally specified by the partner in the CPM when the customer was added to a partner s customer list.) Changing password is not recommended for the initial CSP Admin Account of a partner. The initial partner admin account is that which is initially allocated by Swisscom to the partner and which is used to facilitate activities (single-sign-on). Swisscom Customer Care can help to change partner passwords.

As of the date of termination the selected service subscription will be deactivated for the customer and the relevant customer data will be deleted. A recovery of the service subscription to its current state cannot be guaranteed. Clean-Up: It is important to make all necessary preparations in advance in case you wish to migrate the data or the solution (e.g., saving data, planning an MX Record Change, planning the migration or deletion of a domain). All services delivered up to the date of termination and the remaining value of the contract will be billed according to the terms of the contract. Procedure: If you have an Office 365 Partner, then contact that partner to ensure the clean-up. After the clean-up is done, contact Swisscom Support in order to plan the cancelation and to trigger the subscription cancellation process.
