2. Getting started: New features Mandate Selection Panel If you are competing on multiple mandates, you can select the appropriate one using the dropdown list at the top right of the screen:
Built-in multiple trades execution You may now execute multiple trades directly from the platform, and review them all at once. To use this functionality, simply click on the New trade icon. The new selection lines appear on screen. You may use this function for as many trades as you need. Upload template If you prefer to upload trades using an excel sheet, you may do so by downloading the template from the Trades section, at the bottom of your screen. Simply click on Trades upload template, save the file on your computer, and open it. You only need to fill in the Buy or Sell, Instrument, and Quantity columns; the other information updates automatically. Once you are done, click on the Export trades button of the excel template. A pop-up box gives you the location of a.csv file, which was created automatically based on the information you provided:
Then, simply go back on amleague s trading platform, click on Upload trades in the Trades section of your home screen, and locate this.csv file before clicking Load trades : A confirmation window pops up to allow you to review your trades before uploading them. Click confirm to upload your orders. Please review this box carefully: orders sent beyond this point cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel the trades, the order is not sent, and you will be redirected to the selection panel. Data The bottom icons allow you to download your historical valuations, the upload template, as well as various documents concerning amleague s processes:
A click on the Confirmed trades and Daily trades icons will prompt a pop-up window, which you may export in excel format as well.
Trades Equities, Futures or ETFs Please use the dropdown lists to select: Asset Type: Depending on the mandate s guidelines, this dropdown will show the available instruments, excluding Forex. Buy/Sell Instrument: If the mandate s guidelines do not allow you to short a specific type of instrument, the sell dropdown list will only be populated with your current portfolio s positions. Quantity: Some stocks trade by lots (e.g. you may only buy multiples on 1 000 stocks on certain Japanese securities). An error pops up if the quantity is invalid. Order type: Depending on the mandate s guidelines, you may choose: o Limit: Available for futures only. The instrument will be sold/bought when the market reaches a threshold point, which you need to specify. Please note that even if the price is reached, the lack of volume may result in your trade being executed for a fraction of the stated quantity. o Market: The trades are executed at the current market price, as calculated by ITG. o Close: The last available price for the instrument will be the execution price. Confirm/Cancel: Press Send orders to review and confirm your trades, or Cancel to start over.
Forex Please Please use the dropdown lists to select: Buy/Sell Currency: The first currency is the one you want to buy / sell Amount: The amount refers to the first currency. In the example above, we are buying 150 000 CHF with EUR. Counter Currency Order type: Forex transactions only allow executing trades at market price. Confirm/Cancel: Press Send orders to display the review pop-up, or Cancel to start over. You may consult the processed trades at any time, using the Daily trades icon, located in the data panel at the bottom of the screen.
The trade confirmation pops up, allowing you to review your trades before sending them. Please review this box carefully: orders sent beyond this point cannot be cancelled. If you choose to cancel the trades, the order is not sent, and you will be redirected to the selection panel. 3. Trades Execution Equity: when the order is confirmed, it is sent to ITG, who sets a fair price given market conditions. The Broker receives the compiled trades to be executed without any information about the asset manager or the mandate. It is our guarantee that all trades sent to the Broker are anonymous, and that the broker uses the same tools and methodology for all notional mandates. The platform is closed between market opening hours, except for the Global Equities mandate. Futures contracts, ETFs, and FOREX: trades are processed by amleague. We set a fair price based on the time, volume, liquidity and prices.
4. Valuation In order to calculate the portfolio valuation, amleague collects: o the trades from the trading platform o the corresponding execution prices sent by ITG o the Corporate Actions and closing prices sent by the data providers Based on this information, amleague calculates each portfolio s valuation using a fair and transparent process The website is updated, historical valuation files are updated, and the reports are sent when requested. 5. Performance calculation Performance data as well as advanced ratios are calculated on a daily basis, and made available on our website. Confidentiality is guaranteed: the portfolio lines are never disclosed. Download your performance ratios and data, and graph them against that of your competitors on our website: www.am-league.com.

7. Corporate Actions process Corporate actions including optional corporate actions and corporate actions conferring rights to new assets (new shares issues, subscription rights...) are processed in a way that saves time for portfolio managers using automatic rules. Optional corporate actions Public offer / Takeover / Issuer bid These are not available in amleague Trading Platform. Corporate actions entitling new securities Examples: Free allocation of preferential subscription rights, payments of dividends in equities, subscriptions with right to attribution, distributions of new shares. Non negotiable securities When non negotiable securities are issued, the cash equivalent is added to the portfolio valuation, in line with the terms of the corporate action. Negotiable securities Marketable securities are valid during a limited time and usually have a low value compared to securities. Thus, Negotiable securities are systematically sold at the first available closing price. 8. Helpdesk For general issues, please send us an email at support@amlmandatesadmin.com.
