How does a client get started? Referral is made by case manager, supports coordinator or social worker by phone, fax, or secure email. A Life Therapist will contact the family/guardian to set up an initial evaluation. Following the evaluation, a treatment plan and goals are developed and immediately submitted to care provider. Treatment sessions begin on a weekly basis.
