If you choose to add the Install Site Contact information, you must fill in the First Name, Last Name, and Email. Phone Number is optional. If the three required fields are not inputted completely, Install Site Contact Information for the Install Site will be ignored. If you have same Install Site but multiple contacts, the first contact name will take priority. You can only have 1 contact per Install Site. To edit the install site contact data, you can download the quote in reloadable format, edit the install site contact data, then re upload Any combination of alpha numerical characters are accepted. The only acceptable special characters are: apostrophes, spaces and hyphens for First/Last name. If a Reseller BID is not provided, the system will look to the CCO Reseller User ID as the second priority and populate the Reseller BID. Do not use the duration column. Instead, use the Begin/End Date Column in the Multiple Quote Upload Template instead. Previously, all non-standard duration lines have errors automatically overridden if attached to a Deal ID and within the non-standard duration range of 36-60 months. System would allow a one-time below minimum duration exception (i.e. quote lines with less than one year duration) for RNSD discounts. Now, CSCC will only automatically override non-standard duration errors if the specific line that is non-standard duration meets the terms of the Reusable Non-Standard Discount (RNSD) deal. In Q1FY14 release, CSCC would automatically override an error being thrown if the duration of a quote was Non-standard (i.e. greater than 36 months and less than or equal to 60 months), providing that the quote has a Deal ID associated with it. In Q2, an additional check is being added to ensure that quote line items which have nonstandard duration are a part of the Reusable Non-Standard Discount deal, and are discounted appropriately. This is being done to bring parity to the way CSCC and CCW treat RNSD deals. As a result of this, quote lines with durations less than the RNSD deal minimum duration will not receive RNSD discounts. The first country whose transactions are being enabled with this new model is Brazil. Cisco Brazil is planned to go live on December 08, 2013, which will change the way you order, process, and sell with Cisco. The Brazil entity in CSCC will offer a subset of locally manufactured Cisco routers and switches. All remaining Cisco product lines remain available through Cisco Systems, Inc.
