Acceptable Make of High Mast : Bajaj / GE / Philips / Transrail Lighting only. 2 Erection & Commissioning: The supplier must do the Erection, Commissioning of all the supplied High mast Lighting systems at different location at GCF Estate ( Site will be earmarked by GCF authority) by constructing of shallow foundation with M15 grade concrete considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/sqmtr at 2 Mtrs depth with all materials and labours, including installation of mast feeder pillar by grouting stand on the concrete with all material and labours 3 To complete the Erection and commissioning the following materials, works will also be required to execute by the supplier. Supplier has to quote separately. 3.1 Supply, Laying and connection of XLPE insulated, underground, galvanized steel wire / tape armoured, aluminium conductor cable, 1100V grade, stranded conductor, over all PVC insulated &sheathed, 4 core, 16 sq.mm in size. 3.2 Excavation of trench in soft soil, 0.75Mtr in depth and 0.30 mtr. in width for laying of 135CM above Underground cable. 3.3 Cutting opening in cement concrete wall (any description) track for inserting / laying of 2.7CM pipe/cable in size 30mtrx0.3mtrx0.3mtr 3.4 Spreading of river sand in trench, 0.3 M in 36CM width and 02.M in depth(0.1 M below & 0.1M above the cable) for cable protection including material & Labour. 3.5 Laying of brick, subclass B over the cable in 12CM trench to protect the cable protection including material & Labour. 3.6 Returning & refilling of the excavated soil in trench including spreading, watering and well 81CM ramming in layer 3.7 Cement concrete type B 1:2:4 mm grade aggregated in foundation and mass concrete in wall / floor or track any thickness size as 6CM required including plasters as directed including material & labour 3.8 Supplying & Fixing of GI pipe medium grade 50mm dia.
