Sampark User Manual How to install Sampark Mobile Application A) Download Sampark Mobile.apk file and save it in a folder in your android device. B) Go to the folder in your android device and click on the.apk file to install Sampark Mobile application. Please Note: The device may pop message Install Blocked, If you get this message pop-up, then click on Settings, go to Device Administration > Unknown Sources and check / select Allow one installation and click ok. C) The next screen will ask you, Do you want to install this application?. Please click on Next and click on Install. D) Once the installation is complete, the application is ready for use. 1
Login Page: How to Use Sampark Mobile Application Enter your Business Express (Bx) login details. User ID is your Agent Code. Enter User ID Enter Password Click to Login 2
Summary Page: Once logged in the application will direct you to the Summary Page. The summary page has been bifurcated in two sections. The Search section: The first section is Search wherein there are two options: 1. Month-wise search: Select the looked-for month and click ok. At any particular time you will have option to view data of recent 3 months. 2. Policy-wise search: With the help of this option you can directly search the policy by Policy No. or Customer Name, if known. The Summary section: This section provides summary of your Sampark Meetings category wise, providing count of meetings to be done and meetings done. Policy Page: On clicking on Sampark Category the application will direct user to Policy Page wherein the policy no. and client name will be displayed. Search by Policy Number If Meeting Done, the Policy No. will be highlighted in Green Click on Policy No. or Client Name to view basic policy details and fill Sampark Customer Response Form 4
On clicking on Policy Number / Client Name the application will be provide basic details of policy, along with two options: o Meeting Not Done On clicking this button the application will direct you back to the Policy Page. o Meeting Done Once Sampark meeting is done click on this button in order to go to the Sampark Customer Response Form. Sampark Customer Response Form: Once you have clicked on Meeting done button the application will direct you to Sampark Customer Response Form, wherein you need to submit feedback of customer. Click to Select Customer Satisfaction Click to Select Premium Collection Status Type in the Customer Feedback Click to Select Service Request Type Type detailed Sampark Service Request Description Click to Submit 6
