Wash troughs Rounded corners with bumpers. Intra delivers fully pressed wash troughs in two models as well as two different lengths, 1200 mm and 1800 mm. P121 and P181 can be delivered with bumpers covering the sharp corners, making them perfect alternatives for schools and kindergartens where there is a need to minimize the risk for bodily injuries. How to ensure optimal flush free function? aily cleaning and thorough flushing with water, depending on user frequency, to avoid that dross and other residue products block the pipes. xisting drain pipes must be cleaned before installation. It is an advantage to install other aquifer products, for example hand wash basins, in connection with the flush free urinal to assist in drainage of dross from the urinal. void angling the branch pipe so that deposits cannot develop. Wrong angle may create pressure in the drains, and bad odours may occur. It is important that the pipe system has correct venting, preferably in both the urinal drainage and the manifold. The drainage system must be a closed system, with an adequate angle, to ensure that urine will not accumulate.
