2 IPS the perfect washroom solution plumbing wall duct panel system and cubicles installed in one operation Cubicle Systems IPS (Integrated Plumbing System) is a fully adjustable steel frame fitted with decorative removable panels and available with a standard range of factory installed sanitaryware, pre-plumbed and tested, and is supplied as a complete module that requires only to be installed and connected to site water supply and services. IPS can be produced and supplied to meet virtually any size requirement. Available as full or half height, the steel frame is adjustable, within its design limitations, to achieve a plumb level and inline installation. IPS is designed to be included as part of any cubicle systems range of washrooms and can be incorporated in any installation configuration. IPS is installed by trained washroom installers but is commissioned by qualified plumbing contractors. Water supplies and soil pipework are installed by the plumbing contractor, working in a clear unobstructed area, to predetermined positions as indicated within the site drawings provided. Water supply pipes are fitted with isolation valves, ready to connect with IPS modules. IPS wall duct panel system is offered fitted with our standard range of sanitaryware and plumbing, but can also be supplied fitted with other specified sanitaryware. President Washroom, incorporating IPS Modules 1, with back to wall pans President Washroom incoping IPS module 1 back to wall pans A practical way forward The idea of pre-plumbed modules is not new, but the way Cubicle Systems Ltd achieve it is, disregarding the old way and its associated problems of accessing a site with heavy, cumbersome and fragile units, with sanitaryware exposed to damage in transit or premature exposure to other traders on site. Why make hard work of it and risk damage when there is a better way? 1. Cubicle Systems Ltd. IPS modules are factory manufactured and include a self supporting adjustable steel frame, plumbing and sanitaryware, water supply and soil connection fittings and fixings required to complete. 2. IPS modules are produced to specification and function tested. Decorative panels fitted already machined, ready to receive sanitary and fittings. 3. The module now complete and tested is numbered and has vulnerable or exposed sanitaryware removed and boxed for protection. All lift off panels are removed, numbered and packed to prevent damage. 4. When arriving on site, the modules are light in weight and easy to handle, with no exposed sanitaryware or vulnerable parts likely to get damaged. 5. Installation of the IPS modules is in five easy stages install the frames in a clear area with good accessibility. When all the frames have been installed, simply reposition and fix the sanitaryware, then connect the soil outlets and water supply, and refit the access panels. 6. Sanitaryware and lift off access panels remain protected until required, eliminating risk of damage. 3

6 IPS installation in 5 easy stages Stage 1 Site plumber receives site preparation drawing provided and installs water and soil pipework as indicated. All other concealed services installed at this time. Installer fits in position floor and wall track ready to receive IPS frames. Stage 2 The IPS frames arrive on site with sanitaryware and decorative panels already removed to avoid damage. The cistern remains fixed to the frame. The installer locates the IPS frame in the floor channel centred on the soil pipe inlet. Adjust for height, plumb and level, securely fix to floor and wall channels. Stage 3 Stage 4 Install decorative frame spacer panels, skirting wall and ceiling scribes. 6 Installer repositions the bottom decorative panel, refits sanitaryware and connects flexible water supply pipes. The on site plumber tests the system for leaks or non-conformities. Prior to acceptance, decorative panels are replaced after all service work has been carried out.

8 Specification: IPS modules are manufactured using 16 gauge galvanised sheet steel formed to Cubicle Systems exclusive design to create a fully adjustable self supporting long-lasting, robust frame, designed to accept virtually any option of sanitaryware, plumbing and fittings, whether from our standard range or as specified by the customer. In keeping with company policy our components are designed and manufactured to a specification in excess of requirements and include many new features not available elsewhere. IPS is designed to be installed in any location or configuration and is adaptable for any size requirement and specification.
