Two areas of operations Established as the non-pso (payment clearing house system operator) arm of the regulated BankservAfrica, BSVA Integrated Services is a commercial company comprising two divisions, each under the leadership of its own CEO. The modular nature of our systems and approach means that our clients can choose exactly the elements they need from either one single business, or a combination of services that work to deliver an overall solution that best suits their needs. BPO and call centre solutions Business process outsourcing (BPO) BPO is the home for our call centre operations as well as the electronic payments and processing facilities that deliver the products, facilities, modalities and capabilities that every business dealing with financial transactions needs. Basing such offerings on an outsourced solution not only saves on costs, but allows for the implementation of systems that many clients could not consider introducing on their own. Innovative business solutions like immediate PIN-based money transfer for retail clients, electronic payments requiring interoperability between point-of-purchase and banks are ideally suited to retail outlets and even casinos and restaurants, and are all part of our offerings. For banks which require cheque processing facilities, we provide both centralised and decentralised options, delivering an outsourced solution that provides outstanding commercial value as the annual volume of cheques diminishes year on year. Our information exchange service allows banks to sign up their corporate clients, who in turn can bill their customers for the service, while we host and generate the bills centrally on behalf of the corporate clients. Financial and technology solutions Financial and technology solutions is the second of our two divisions at BSVA Integrated Services. Through its various offerings this division provides banking systems, ICT and cloud functionalities, information management and SWIFT facilities, as well as the consulting and infrastructure services that state-ofthe-art financial management requires. All our products, services and systems are supported by the expertise of an experienced team of developers, consultants, analysts and project managers to ensure that our clients receive all the advice, guidance, troubleshooting and updating that they require. Financial solutions provides an in-housedeveloped financial system. This modular system can be utilised in its entirety for comprehensive banking requirements, or any of its individual, customisable components can be selected for specialised purposes such as card platforms, loan administration and payment automation. Managed ICT solutions offers data, connectivity and communications solutions and desktop support, providing managed network services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our enterprise content solutions address the issues associated with governance, risk and compliance, as well as providing assistance to customers in consolidating and managing the disparate elements in these arenas. As a registered Swift services bureau we offer access to Swift (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications network). Institutions such as banks, brokers, traders, fund managers, central depositories and clearing houses know that they can rely on this efficient, automated and secure end-toend service. BSVA 7
