The Safety and Security team is responsible for the strategic planning and effective operational management with a purpose of mitigating risks, providing advice to our stakeholders and implementing proactive measures to contribute to a safe and secure environment for our staff, contractors, hirers and visitors. Well-developed analytical skills and ability to develop practical solutions Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience managing a small team (1-2 people) Ability to develop and deliver training Desirable Return to Work Coordinator Certification Other (ie legal or physical) General office work with a strong emphasis on computer usage and site work including outdoor locations May be required to walk distances of up to 2-3 km s and carry light equipment from time to time The following does not describe all the detailed activities for the role.
