Box 8. Fees and payment The registration fee is EUR 300. The registration fee includes the welcome reception and dinner on 29 September, participation in the conference, coffee breaks, lunch, coach trip to Visegrád, to the Renaissance evening and dinner on 30 September. The accompanying persons fee is EUR 180. This includes the welcome reception and dinner on 29 September, sightseeing in Budapest with lunch, a trip to Visegrád and participation in the Renaissance evening and dinner on 30 September. All registration fees must be paid in EURO by bank transfer no later than 5 September 2005. All bank charges are to be paid by the participants. Danubius Thermal Hotel Margitsziget was one of the first metropolitan spa hotels in the world offering a wide range of spa and wellness services. Payment must be made by the participant when checking out from the Danubius Thermal Hotel Margitsziget. Travel information If you arrive at Budapest Ferihegy Airport you can take the AIRPORT MINIBUS to the Hotel. It is a door-to-door service provided by Ford Minibuses for 8-12 persons, the service can be ordered at their reception desk in the arrival terminal. (www.bud.hu - Services Minibus). Welcome reception on 29 September Meeting at 18.40 at the hotel reception. A boat will take the participants to the Rozmaring Étterem (Rozmaring Kertvendéglô 1036 Budapest, Árpád fejedelem útja 125.) in Buda. After the welcome speeches the participants will enjoy a traditional Hungarian dinner and before dessert a Hungarian folk dance group will perform traditional dances. The boat will take you back to the Hotel at 22.00. Accompanying persons programme 30 September A bus will pick you up at the Thermal Hotel Magitsziget s parking place at 10.00.The sightseeing tour will visit the Gellért Hill, Buda castle, the Parliament and you will enjoy the beautiful view on the Danube. The tour includes lunch and you will be back at the Hotel by 15.00. Renaissance evening on 30 September Meeting at the Hotel s parking place at 17.00. Coaches will take you to Visegrád to participate on the Renaissance evening. Visegrád is situated on the bend of the Danube. It was the seat of the Hungarian King during the renaissance and had a lively court life. The Renaissance Evening shares their renaissance tradition and culture with you. The program starts at the Salamon Tower, which offers a magnificent view on the Danube. Then you will watch a joust performed by the Knights St George at the open air theater. The feast will be served in the Renaissance Restaurant. After the dinner the coaches will take us back to the hotel.
