HELLENIC AEROSPACE INDUSTRY S.A EASA Part 66 MODULAR COURSES FOR SELF-IMPROVERS & HCAA APPROVED EXAMINATIONS EASA Part 66 Short Modular Courses These courses provide training in EASA Part 66 modules and can be used by those candidates seeking: To remove limitations from currently held licences or Conversion of an existing National licence Initial EASA Part 66 licence issue following the Self Improver route in Categories A1, A2, A3, A4, Categories B1.1, B1.2, B1.3, B1.4, B2. Extension to basic EASA Part 66 licence categories (ie. B2 to B1) These sort courses cannot be used to secure any reduction in experience requirements as is the case with an approved full course. Those seeking an approved full course should contact HAI directly. HCAA Approved Examinations Candidates attending Modular Courses can be examined by HAI on behalf of the Regulatory Authority. Those candidates opting for self study may sit the module examinations only. Candidates applying for approved examinations, with or without modular training, must provide a good copy of a photographic identification with their application. The original photographic ID must be produced prior to entry to the examination. Those candidates who cannot produce the photographic ID will not be allowed to enter the examination room. Tuition Times Tuition times are 08.00 15.00 (including break periods) Monday to Friday. Tuition & Examination Fees For Tuition Fees of courses and examinations please contact HAI for details. Accommodation Accommodation is available on Athens & Halkis sites, where a range of room types is available. Candidates require making their own reservation or requesting HAI to assist them. Accommodation fees are paid by candidates directly to the operators, not to HAI. National Licences Limitation Removal Tutorial Courses Tutorial courses for the Limitations Removal of the old National Licences issued by Hellenic CAA are also scheduled. These courses are tailored to cover the required submodules as specified by the Hellenic CAA. EASA Part-145 Maintenance Organisations Support Courses At the end of this document you may find Additional Courses available to support Part 145 Aviation Maintenance Orghanisations.
