With its strategic location on an island, Oscarsborg Fortress is a very popular tourist destination, with its own marina and great biological diversity. CONFERENCE CHAIRMAN Keith Forget, Marine Fuels Consultant in S K Forget Ltd, will chair IBC 2015. Keith was employed by Shell for 40 years until his retirement from Shell Marine Products in 2009. He continued in the maritime business as an independent marine fuels and lubricants consultant. Keith was an active member of the CIMAC heavy fuels working group and was an advisor to the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency delegation during the development of the revised MARPOL Annex VI 2009 edition. 10
