THE PRICE LIST OF HANDLING SERVICES Bydgoszcz Airport BYDGOSZCZ-SZWEDEROWO AIRPORT SCHEDULE OF CHARGES 1. DEFINITIONS The terms used in this Schedule of Charges have the following meanings: DDM nr 2014/01/00472 1.1. PLB S.A. means Port Lotniczy Bydgoszcz S.A. (Bydgoszcz Airport), with its registered office in Białe Błota, at ul.paderewskiego 1, 85-006 Białe Błota; Company in charge of the Bydgoszcz-Szwederowo Airport; 1.2. Bydgoszcz-Szwederowo Airport means the public airport situated in the district of Białe Błota, the town of Bydgoszcz, entered in the commercial airport register as EPBY. 1.3. Standard handling up to 15 seats. The use of a single service from standard handling services is a base for ground handling charge. Ground service include: Wheel chocks placement A single transport from the parking position Terminal The position of parking maximum of 2 people Weather data request Flight plan request Fueling services order Taxi order Hotel reservation Room for aircraft crew 1.4. Standard handling over 16 seats. The use of a single service from standard handling services is a base for ground handling charge. Ground service include: Wheel chocks placement A single transport from the parking position Terminal The position of parking maximum of 8 people Standard check in, baggage loading/offloading Weather data request Flight plan request Fueling services order Taxi order Hotel reservation Room for aircraft crew 1.5. Other handling services any other services that are not included in standard handling. 1.6. Maximum Take Off Weight (MTOW) maximum take-off weight of an aircraft given in the aircraft s Certificate of Airworthiness or another equivalent document. 1.7. Passenger means a person travelling in an airplane, who is not a crew member. 1.8. Regular connection means regular air transport where for each flight the space in the aircraft designated for passengers and luggage is publicly available, and transport is Page 1 of 6

Chartered flight means air transport based on air charter agreement, in which the air carrier makes an agreed number of seats or amount of space in the aircraft available to the chartering party for the purpose of transporting a certain number of passengers, amount of luggage, goods or mail, as indicated by the chartering party, 1.10. Regular cargo flight means air transport which only involves goods, performed between set locations, at set times or at frequency indicating that flights are regular; 1.11. General Aviation (GA) all civil aviation operations other than scheduled air services, chartered flights and regular cargo flights. 1.12. Training flight flight reported by certified aviation training center as a training flight. 1.13. Aircraft user an aircraft owner or other person registered as an aircraft user. 1.14. Special assistance by PLB ground handling Agent special assistance for people who want to access restricted area of the airport and do not possess relevant authorization 1.15. Additional Staff Assistance PLB ground handling Agent, performing for the crew of the aircraft or its passengers additional services beyond/not included in (?) standard handling 1.16. Order services any other services that are not included in ground handling charge note. 1.17. Standard check-in; baggage loading/ offloading - check-in using the standard or manual operating system with the check in of baggage at the counter and its loading. Implementation of one of the indicated activity is the basis for calculating the fees according to this price list. 1.18. The term monthly refers to a full calendar month. 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS 2.1. The airport charges are payable to PLB S.A., by the user of an aircraft who makes use of services provided by PLB S.A. If it is not possible to identify the aircraft user, airport charges will be imposed on the aircraft s owner. 2.2. Using a service provided by PLB S.A. is tantamount to acceptance of all terms and conditions hereof. 2.3. Rates set forth herein are net, and VAT as per separate applicable regulations will be added to them. 2.4. Rates are given in Polish zloty (PLN). 3. CHARGES 3.1. Discounts, referred to in point. 4.1. are entitled to an aircraft that, for at least 24 hours before the scheduled landing will inform PLB S.A. about the intention of performing training flight at the following address: info@bzg.aero and kasa@bzg.aero 4.3. 5. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE SERVICES 5.1. PLB S.A. may refuse to provide services to an entity using the Airport s services if such entity has defaulted, as defined by the Civil Code, on payment of airport charges due for PLB S.A., provided that will not cause any risk to the safety of aircraft operations, passengers or cargo (goods and mail). 5.2. PLB S.A. reserves the right to refuse acceptance of an aircraft due to critical circumstances connected with the operation of the airport, which render safe landing impossible. 5. TERMS OF PAYMENTS 6.1. The fees referred to in point. 3 and 4 are collected on the basis of an invoice by PLB S.A. 6.2. The basis for the calculation of the invoice is the tariff in PLN. Invoice can be issued in PLN or in foreign currency exchange rates in accordance with the Polish National Bank in force on the day preceding the date of invoice. Payments should be made in the currency in which the invoice is made. 6.3. Payments for services referred to in point. 3 and 4 shall be provided in the form and date specified on the invoice. It is allowed to pay in cash, using credit cards and prepayments based on previously issued pro forma invoice, according to the order of the recipient, filed for at least 72 hours before the planned flight operation by email: info@bzg.aero and kasa@bzg.aero. 6.4. At the written request approved by the President of PLB SA Regular users of PLB SA services; fees may be charged on the basis of summary invoices, billing in periodic mode, issued not less than once a month. 6.5. At the written request approved by the President of PLB S.A. is allowed to make payments for services referred to in point. 3 and 4 in the form of a bank transfer. 6.6. For failure to meet the payment date on the invoice the statutory interest will apply. Page 6 of 6
