3 Commercial services 1.0 RAMP SERVICES 1.1 Ramp Handling services at Skellefteå Airport as follows. The fee for ramp services is applicable for all aircraft requesting ramp services at Skellefteå airport. The fee includes marshalling, parking up to 4 hours, loading and unloading of aircraft. Any other ramp services will be charged according to item 1.4 below. The fee is paid for each "call" (= two movements, landing and takeoff). The fee is calculated based on the number of seats in the aircraft. 5 2. PASSENGER HANDLING 2.1. Supervision of turnaround and check-in of passengers and baggage, ticketing and/or ID control, boarding, communication and traffic telegrams. Loadsheet included if the airline has its own Altéa agreement. A discount at 50% is valid for arrival load only. Aircraft seats Price per call : : : : : : : :- 3. PARKING OF AIRCRAFT 3.1 A parking charge is payable for aircraft parked on stands at SFT. The fee is SEK 16 per hour. No charge between 0 4 hours. The parking charge is payable per 1000 kg of aircraft MTOW. A minimum fee of SEK 160 per 24 hours is chargeable. 5

6 4. CAR PARKING 4.1 Parking fees incl VAT as follows: -short term car park 10:-/half hour -long term parking, 110:- per 24 hours; 550:- per week; 825:- two weeks. Parking with electrical engine heater: -long term parking, 150:- per 24 hours; 700:- per week, 1 025:- two weeks. Car parking contracts available, prices excluding VAT: -parking without electrical engine heater -parking with electrical engine heater 4 900:-/year 2 850:-/half year 7 100:-/year 3 850:-/half year 5. PREMISES FOR RENTAL Premises are available for rental. Prices and terms are quoted separately on each occasion. 6. CONFERENCE FACILITIES Conference rooms for groups up to 20 people are available. Prices include projector, flipchart, and stationary. All sorts of catering can be arranged from FlyAway Restaurant and Bar. See contacts below. Conference Rooms: - The Gold Mine board room, seats up to 10 persons: 250:-/hour, 800:-/half day 1 100:-/full day. Prices excl VAT. - Bonnstan seats up to 20 persons: 300:-/hour, 900:-/half day 1 400:-/full day. 7. ADVERTISING SPACE Contact AC Media or CLEANING Janitorial services are available for tenants. Prices and conditions are set on quotation. 6

7 9. LEASING OF LAND All land on which Skellefteå Airport is situated, is owned by the Airport. Leasing of land is available upon quotation. 10. OTHER SERVICES 10.1 ELECTRICITY 10.2 WATER 10.3 STAFF RATES Airport tenants are invited to sign contracts for electricity and water supply. Trained and authorized staff for the following services is available at the Airport: - Electrical installations offered on quotation - Janitorial services (min 0.5 h) 490:-/hour excl. VAT - Vehicle workshop (min 0.5 h) 490:-/hour excl. VAT - Housekeeping (min 0.5 hour) 420:-/hour excl. VAT - Other services offered on quotation 10.4 LEASE OF TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING AUTHORIZED STAFF - Plowing/Sweeping/Blowing 1 200:-/hour excl. VAT - Plowing 760:-/hour excl. VAT - Lawn mowing (min 0.5 hour) 760:-/hour excl. VAT - Forklift 610:-/hour excl. VAT - Snow blower 1 060:-/hour excl.
