3 1 General 1.1 Fees according to this tariff regulation shall be paid for: Aircraft using civil airports administered by Swedavia AB. Civil aircraft using such military airports that are available for civil scheduled traffic by agreement between the Commander-in-Chief of the Swedish Air Force on one hand and the Swedavia AB on the other hand. 1.2 The fees consist of Take-off charge 1.3 Payment Fees are payable to Swedavia AB The fees shall be paid to Swedavia AB by the owner or user of the aircraft. The total amount shall be rounded off to full Swedish krona (SEK). Value added tax shall be paid according to the law on value added tax. The fee prescribed according to this tariff is due to immediate payment to the Swedavia AB. Agreement can be made on periodic debiting, provided the owner or user of an aircraft carries on regularly or extensively traffic. However, respite for payment must not exceed 30 days. Late payment will result in interest of overdue payment with reference rate +10%. 1.4 Local Fees Information about hangar, parking, garbage disposal and ground handling fees can be obtained from each and respective airport. price list not exceeding 5 700kg swedavia
4 2 Take off fee 2.1 Take-off fee Take-off fee shall be paid for each take-off. Take-off fee is based on the maximum take-off weight (MTOW) authorised in the certificate of airworthiness rounded off to nearest 1,000 kg. Minimum take-off fee at Swedavia AB airports is shown in accordance with the table below. Minimum fee in SEK per take-off Airport SEK Stockholm Arlanda 250 Bromma Stockholm 250 Göteborg Landvetter 250 Malmö 250 Luleå 250 Umeå 250 Kiruna 250 Sundsvall-Härnösand 250 Åre Östersund 250 Visby 250 Ronneby Annual charge for aircrafts with MTOW 0-2,0 tonnes Fee For aircraft with an authorised MTOW not exceeding 2,000 kg and not being engaged in scheduled operations, an annual fee can be paid. The annual fee is valid for an unspecified number of take-offs from all state-owned airports except Bromma Stockholm, Stockholm Arlanda airport and Göteborg Landvetter airports affiliated to a joint system of annual fee (see 2.2.6). 5 Annual fee SEK MTOW Annual fee (SEK) Validity The annual charge is valid for a continuous period of 12 months beginning on the first day of the month, immediately following that of payment. A prepaid annual charge follows the aircraft when changing owners Aircraft parking The annual take-off charge also includes free parking of aircraft when the aircraft is parked at a space assigned by the airport manager. Free parking is valid at following airports: Kiruna, Luleå, Ronneby, Sundsvall-Härnösand, Umeå, Visby, Åre Östersund and other airports affiliated to a joint system of annual charges, see paragraph Refund The annual take-off charge will be refunded only in case the aircraft s airworthiness is forfeited due to damage. Repayment of part of annual charge is not admitted because of strike, lock-out or similar activities within the labour market. When refunded the user will receive the part of the annual fee that is attributable to the number of full calendar months after the accident. price list not exceeding 5 700kg swedavia
6 2.2.5 Fees outside airport operating hours Fees in accordance with paragraph 2 above are valid during standard operational hours of the airport. International traffic: Monday to Friday local time. Göteborg Landvetter Domestic/International traffic Daily local time. Stockholm Arlanda Aircraft movement at Stockholm Arlanda airport must be accepted and confirmed time of departure and arrival is required (slot time). 7 2.3 Annual fee for aircrafts with MTOW 2,0 5,7 tonnes Fees For aircraft with an authorised MTOW not exceeding 5,700 kg, an annual charge can be paid. The annual charge (incl. TNC) is valid for an unspecified number of take-offs at all state-owned airports, except for Stockholm Arlanda, Bromma Stockholm and Göteborg Landvetter. However, for Stockholm Arlanda and Göteborg Landvetter the annual charge for take-off is valid daily local time. Annual fee (SEK) MTOW Annual fee (SEK) 2 4 tonnes ,7 tonnes Validity The annual charge is valid for a continuous period of 12 months beginning on the first day of the month, immediately following that of payment. A prepaid annual charge follows the aircraft when changing owners Refund The annual take-off charge will be refunded only in case the aircraft s airworthiness is forfeited owing to an accident. Repayment of part of annual charge is not admitted because of strike, lock-out or similar activities on the labour market. When refunded the user will receive the part of the annual fee that is attributable to the number of full calendar months after the accident. 2.4 Exemption from take-off fee Take-off fee shall not be paid for: Aircraft engaged in test flights arranged by Flight Safety Department for the purpose of establishing the airworthiness of aircraft (does not include test period), Operating flights on behalf of ambulance, HOSP flights, search and rescue services exclusively, Take-off after turning back to the airport of departure, due to technical or weather conditions Prior notification Subject to the provisions of paragraph 2.3, exemption from next take-off fee (technical return excluded) may only be granted if notice in advance has been made to the appropriate air traffic services unit. When no air traffic services unit is available, notice must be made in advance to the local representative of Swedavia AB, provided that the intended take-off does not interfere with other aircraft. 2.5 Miscellaneous Refund due to flight safety reasons Take-off charge will not be reduced or refunded when use of an airport is restricted due to flight safety reasons. price list not exceeding 5 700kg swedavia
8 3 Weekly season card Owner of foreign aircraft with MTOW not exceeding 2,000 kg according to the certificate of airworthiness can buy a Weekly Season Card, provided that the flight is not intended for commercial purposes or school flights. The card is valid for a continuous period of seven days including the day of arrival and entitles an unspecified number of starts on state-owned airports except Stockholm Arlanda, Bromma Stockholm airport and Göteborg Landvetter airport within normal operational hours (see also 2.2.7). Provided that parking space is available, the card is also valid for parking on all state-owned airports, on space designated by the airport manager. The card can not be issued retroactively, beyond the day of purchase. If requested, the card can be issued for several continuous seven-day periods (maximum 3 periods within a 12 month period). The fee for Weekly Season Card (including value added tax) is per each continuous period of seven days SEK 800 The card is only obtainable at state-owned airports. For take-off/landing at Stockholm Arlanda and Göteborg Landvetter see paragraph The card shall be kept with the other documents regarding to the aircraft and must be shown to the airport staff without reminder. 9 4 Other regulations 4.1 Load sheet A load sheet evidencing the number of passengers of various categories to be carried on a flight shall be submitted by the owner or user of the aircraft to the appropriate airport, or by submitting Form E 1222 ATI (Air Traffic Information) for passengers carried on light aircraft. 4.2 Other ways of submitting passenger numbers Swedish commercial operators can as an alternative to submit ATI specify the numbers of passengers on Form E statistic report of air taxi passengers. The form is to be submitted not later than the 5th after the traffic month, and shall specify the traffic for previous month, to: Swedavia Support, SE Norrköping. 4.3 Exemptions Whenever called for considering international practice and subject to reciprocity Swedavia AB may grant exemption from any of the fees under these regulations for foreign state aircraft. The demand for reciprocity shall be deemed to be met if nothing is known, or may be assumed, to the contrary. In doubtful cases contact: Swedavia Support, SE Norrköping. 4.4 Special exemptions Charges according to this regulation shall normally not be charged for foreign State aircraft used for: Mission of foreign heads of stat, members of government or simular official occasions. 4.5 Reduction of charges In certain cases, Swedavia AB may grant reduction of charges according to this regulation. Information about such reductions can be obtained by each and respective Airport Manager Application for reduction or repayment of fee shall be at the disposal of the Swedavia Support, SE Norrköping within a year after end of period of fee. price list not exceeding 5 700kg swedavia
10 5 Liability and Settlements of disputes 5.1 Liability Neither Swedavia AB nor their respective servants or agents shall be liable for loss of or damage to the aircraft, its parts or accessories or any property contained therein, occurring while the aircraft is on the airport or is in the course of landing or taking off at the airport, arising or resulting directly or indirectly from any act, omission of act, neglect, or default on the part of Swedavia AB or their servants or agents, unless done with intent to cause damage, or recklessly and with knowledge that damage would probably result. In any event neither Swedavia AB nor their respective servants or agents shall be under any liability whatever for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by an operator. Swedavia AB shall not be liable for any loss (including any economic loss) of or any damage arising or resulting directly or indirectly from any act, omission of act, neglect, or default on the part of the supplier of Air Navigation Service in Sweden. Any such claim to be directed towards the supplier of the Air Navigation Services. 5.2 Settelment of disputes Any disputes arising from the provision of services mentioned in this document will be settled by Swedish law at Stockholm District Court.
