1 CHARGING OF FEES IN THE CARGO PORT Foreign Freight: I. IMPORT: The basis for calculating fees is the actual weight shown on the AWB. Handling fee: From 1 to 30 kg PLN From 30 to 100 kg PLN more than 100 kg PLN PLN / kg Port dues - PLN for each AWB Storage fees - the basis for charging is the actual weight of a consignment or its dimensions (whichever gives a greater value) Fee in PLN minimum a) ordinary consignments - 1kg per day 0.40 PLN PLN b) perishable consignments - 1kg per day 0.60 PLN PLN c) valuable consignments - 1kg per day 1.20 PLN PLN d) live animals - 1kg per day 0.80 PLN PLN e) weapons and ammunition - 1 kg per day 0.80 PLN PLN f) dangerous goods as defined in the IATA -1 kg per day 0.80 PLN PLN Terms and conditions: Consignments to customers based within the administrative boundaries of the City of Rzeszow (indicated in box on AWB - "Consignee's Name and Address") - the first three days - free of charge.

2 For customers from outside of Rzeszow. free of charge - the first five days. with the exception of: a) perishable consignments - consignments received until 4 p.m. the storage fees calculated from 8 a.m. on the day following the arrival of the consignment; consignments received after 4 p.m.. the storage fees calculated from 12 o clock the next day after the arrival, regardless of the notification date b) valuable consignments: the storage fee charged after 4 hours of the consignment arrival c) live animals: the storage fee charged after 6 hours of the consignment arrival d) weapons and ammunition: the storage fee calculated from 8 a.m. the next day after the consignment arrival e) dangerous goods (as defined in IATA) the storage fee charged after 24 hours of the consignment arrival NOTE: Sundays and public holidays falling during the free storage are not included in this period. II. The handling fee for domestic freight, shipped, received: weight up to 100 kg - min fee PLN every kilogram over 100 kg PLN / kg 2. The rules for calculating charges for storage, the same as for foreign freight. For all handling charges for export consignments from / to Rzeszow by Lufthansa flights, the documentary fee is added (according to the contract PL RZE - Lufthansa Cargo) in the amount of 40 PLN / 1 AWB

4 PRICE LIST FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES IN THE CARGO PORT: 1. Acceptance and handling of banking valuable consignments PLN (per AWB). 2. Convoy and protection by Airport Security of bank consignments PLN (per AWB) 3. Handling of valuable cargo other than listed in item PLN (import, export). 4. Loading and unloading services with lifting: - all consignments 0.15 PLN/kg, min PLN. 5. The fee for receiving / shipping of consignments in the timed out of duty for the Customer Service Office PLN 6. Forming of a palette PLN All rates are expressed in PLN and are net prices.

5 Appendix 1 to the price list for handling charges in the cargo port the Airport "Rzeszów Jasionka" Sp. z o.o. Pursuant to the Law Amending the Aviation Law and Some Other Acts (Dz. U. - Journal of Laws of 2011 No. 170, item. 1015), imposing on the Airport Rzeszów-Jasionka Sp. z o.o. Ltd.. as a registered agent, the requirement to carry out safety checks of cargo and mail shipments it is established that at the acceptance of air cargo and mail shipments this Annex No. 1 to the Price List for Additional Services in the Cargo Port is applicable. Appendix 1 applies to all cargo subject to safety checks and carried by air. Following the amendment to the Aviation Law, the following rates are applied: 0.25 PLN per 1 kg minimum PLN maximum PLN The rate can be subject to a discount depending on the quantity and weight of a single freight or mail service: A discount negotiated individually for companies. whose monthly trading volume will exceed kg. A discount of 50% for companies. whose monthly trading volume will exceed kg. A discount of 25% for companies. whose monthly trading volume will exceed kg. A discount of 10% for companies. whose monthly trading volume will exceed kg. Please also note that the safety check carried out by the Airport Rzeszów-Jasionka Sp. z o.o.. which has the status of a registered agent, is also acceptable for the goods exported by trucks (RFS) for the carriers. who meet the requirements of the civil aviation security.
