Box , D Düsseldorf, VAT-ID: , according to the airport tariff regulations valid at the time of flight. All mentioned charges are due ten days and payable to Jet Aviation Services GmbH. All times stated are local times. 3

4 1. Mandatory Infrastructure Charges (MIC) Mandatory Infrastructure Charges are infrastructure fees applicable to all Business- and General Aviation flights at Düsseldorf International Airport. Services are provided by Jet Aviation Services GmbH on behalf of Düsseldorf International Airport. The following costs and services are included: Follow Me on GA Apron, apply and remove chocks Communications and information transmission with DFS Use of GA Apron Administrative charges Three hours aircraft parking One transportation arriving/departing aircraft between aircraft (on GA ramp) and Executive Terminal Access to public lounge Access to crew lounge Telebriefing facilities Towing to refuel on GA Apron The MIC will be raised independently from the taken up achievement. 7 3. Passenger & guest car parking Jet Aviation provides reserved parking for passengers and guests using the terminal. Please refer to our general terms and conditions (car parking) for further information. Limited parking spots can be reserved prior to every flight. Our front desk staff will gladly answer your questions and take reservations: Passenger drop / pick-up Day (max. Euro 29) 30 min free 4.00 hour 4. Transportation service We shall gladly render any transportation and limousine service on your behalf through own or 3 rd party providers. Please contact us for preferential rates. 5. Hotel Arrangements We shall gladly render any hotel reservations on your behalf. Hotel rates are greatly fluctuating during trade shows; therefore we have arranged fixed rates during high seasons at various airport and downtown hotels. Please call us for rates. 7

Conferences & Event Services Jet Aviation s Executive Terminal includes reserved parking space, conference room, lounges and comfortable guest amenities suitable for a wide variety from multiple-day events to quick meetings in between flights. We will be happy to plan your event in an exciting surrounding centrally located at the airport and close to Düsseldorf downtown and the Ruhr area.
