ARRIVAL & PICK UP Before Departure Your buddy(international Student Club member) will contact you in the middle of Jan via email. These students are friendly and dedicated to help out new coming international friends like you. Please do not hesitate to ask them for any question or help. The OIA (Office of International Affairs) and your buddy will make best efforts to assist you in every possible way. If you don't hear from your buddy by Feb 20th, should you please let us know about it. Once you are in doubt with your email address in your application, please inform the OIA of your most frequently used email account to oia@seoultech.ac.kr as soon as possible. Arrival at the Incheon International Airport When your flight schedule is fully arranged, you should let your buddy and the OIA know so we can arrange your pick up. One or more buddies will greet you upon your arrival in Korea. Pick-up from airport is possible when you arrive at Incheon International Airport between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Your buddy will wait for you in front of the arrival gate, holding a placard with your name on it. You have to pay for your own limousine fare since we have to use public transportation. ON-CAMPUS HOUSING International Students have priority to reserve a space in on-campus dormitory. You do not have to request for a room since we reserve rooms for all exchange students in advance. However, if you do not need to live in the student dormitory, please let us know by Feb 20, 2013 so we can assign your space to others, and keep in mind that you have to find a place to stay by yourself since we don't provide with off-campus housing service. We have 3 dormitories located nearby each other. Ÿ Ÿ Ÿ Bu-ram-hak-sa : 69 rooms for 166 people (2-bed room, Male only) KB Dormitory : 135 rooms for 278 people (2-bed room, Female only) Sunglim Dormitory : 427 rooms for 1,088 people (4-bed room for Male, 2-bed room for Female) Opening date: March 1, 2013 Closing date: June 20, 2013 * You may stay in the dormitory, if you want. However, you will be charged for the extra fees.
