FP1 Langset-Brøhaug

FP1 Langset-Brøhaug 6,2 km four-lane E6 including the 630 m long Korslund tunnel (2 twin tube tunnels T9,5 profile).water- and frost protection with concrete elements. 5,1 km civil works for double track railway including the 610 m long Molykkja tunnel. Water- and frost protection with membrane and in-situ cast concrete lining Open cut and portal at the Ulvin tunnel (railway) The Langset crossroad flyover including bridge crossing the E6. 3 culverts crossing the road and railway about 6 km parallell secondary road, about 6 km pedestrian road on the rebuilt railway line and several access roads.

FP1 Langset-Brøhaug about 1,7 mill (design solid rock) volume of soil and rock excavation including tunnels about 0,8 mill (design solid rock) volume, soil and rock surplus will be used for noise barriers, landscaping and future railway south of Minnesund. Design and contract procedure Design is ongoing, performed by Vianova Plan og Trafikk Contract is assumed announced in early January 2012 (8 tender period) Contract award is assumed in the end of April 2012.

FP2 Brøhaug-Strandlykkja 5,7 km four-laned E6 included the Morskog tunnel, 2,3 km (Twin tube tunnel T 9,5 profil). Water- and frost lining with concrete elements. 6,6 km civil works for double track at the Dovre Railway included the 4,0 km long Ulvin tunnel and the 150 m long Morstu tunnel (ekskl. jernbaneteknikk) Water- and frost protection with membrane and in-situ cast lining. 2 access tunnels, total length 0,9 km and 2 pressure equalization shafts total length 260 m (the Ulvin tunnel) The access tunnels and the cuttings for road and railway tunnels will be built during early works in 2011. 5 tunnel portals

FP2 Brøhaug-Strandlykkja 1 bridge for the E6 and 4 culverts under the road and railway Various works on secondary roads, access roads about 2,5 mill (design solid rock) volume, rock and soil excavation in cuttings and tunnels, minimal soil overburden. about 1 mill (design solid rock) volume, soil and rock in surplus. This has to be transported out of the area Design and contract procedure Design is ongoing by Norconsult Contract is assumed announced in early October 2011 (8 weeks tender period) Signing of contract in the middle of January 2012

FP3 Strandlykkja-Kleverud/Labbdalen 10,5 km four-lane E6 including the 690 m long Espa tunnel (Twin tube tunnel T9,5 profile), the southern part as cut and cover section. Waterand frost protection with concrete elements. 5,0 km civil works for the double track Db Strandlykkjakrysset flyover including bridge crossing the E6. Hestneskrysset flyover including a 110 m long bridge crossing the E6. Labbdalen bridges, 2 parallel bridges, width 11 m 4 tunnel portals

FP3 Strandlykkja-Kleverud/Labbdalen 10 culverts crossing the road and the railway, 1 pedestrian road crossing the E6 and 1 secondary road bridge over the Dovre railway at Strandlykkja. about 7 km parallel secondary road, and more acces roads. about 1,8 mill (design solid rock) volume of soil and rock excavation including the tunnel. about 1,5 mill (design solid rock) volume of soil and rock in surplus, has to be transported out of the area. Design og contract procedure Design is ongoing by Cowi AS Contract is assumed announced in medio November 2011 (10 tender period) Contract award planned early in March 2012

Early works Start 2011 1. Rock excavation along the Dovrebane in weekends 2011-2012 when the trains are stopped. Estimate about 10-12 mill. 2. Excavation of two access tunnels, shifting of secondary road (950 m) and preparing for rig area at Brøhaug (totalt 950m). Estimate 65-75 mill. 3. Civil works for RA4 (watertreatment plant) and building of a new secondary road at Solheim. Estimate 4-6 mill 4. New secondary road on Hestnes. Estimate 12-16 mill

Early works Railway Technic summer 2011 spring 2012 Aprox. 70 temporary foundations/masts Rearranging of contact line system included cross arms, anchoring wires, tensionings ++ Moving of one draining transformer. Moving of about 300 m return wire and bridging feeder Moving of about 1 contact line cut-out. Closing down Molykkja crossing track.

Main contracts Railway Technic Tracks : 16,6 km double tracks, 2 crossovers included.8 point switchers and 2 transition switchers (one in each end of the section) Contact line : system 25.with tower structures, AT-construction for both tracks, 4 locations for autotransformers, earthing systems along the section Power low-voltage/tele communication: power high voltage cables along the section divided on 11 transformers and electrical supply for 11-12 technical buildings with installations. Similarly for tele communication along the section with fiber. Divided via tele communication buildings inside the technical buildings. Rearranging of GSM-R in new sections/tunnels. Control systems: ERTMS- compatible

Material delievered by employer : Track: rail, sleepers, switch sleepers included point drives, derailers. Contact line system : towers/travers, rail sontact line, carrying cable, Insulators for Tower Structures / Poles, breakers for contact line, autotransformer, AT-lines, cables. Tele communication equipment: GSM-R equipment Control systems: Construction in connection with temporary arrangements.

Terms and conditions Traffic on the E6 and the Dovre railway during construction Adjusted infrastructure for mass transport in fillings (DB) Restrictions for blasting close to the Db, always contact with safety person /train leader White hours Saturday night (about 6 hours) can be used for special works. Temporary arrangements at the Db at certain times (spring 2012, autumn 2013 and autumn 2014) Rearrangement of the E6 temporarily,closing during blasting for shorter periods Rearrangement of the E6 for permanent road through the Korslund tunnel Regulation for noise T 1442 applies. Safety regulations for work near/on tracks applies Main rig area will most probably be placed at Minnesund. Rig and landfill areas along the section
