CONTRACT DETAILS (RESUME) รายละเอ ยด ส ญญา 1. The Lessee must provide a valid passport and a valid motorbikes driving license ผ เช าจะต องแสดงหน งส อเด นทางท ถ กต องและใบอน ญาตข บรถ รถมอเตอร ไซด ท ถ กต อง 2. The deposit and the rental fee must be fully paid by cash the first hiring day. การช าระเง น อ ตราค าเช าจะต องช าระเง นเต มจ านวนด วยเง นสดในว นเช ารถคร งแรก 3. Lessee s passport and deposit are held during the rental period. หน งส อเด นทางของผ เช าและเง นม ดจ าทางผ ให เช าจะเก บไว ในช วงระยะเวลาการเช า 4. 250 cc and 650cc Bikes are insured and registered, in cases of damages. The insurance is a third part insurance. It means that only a third part, if any, is covered in case of accident. The Lessee shall hire the vehicle for him/her and cannot borrow the bike to another person. The Lessee is the only person covered by the insurance. The Lessee must take good care and maintained the bike as his own property. ผ เช าจะต องด แลร กษารถจ กรยานยนต เป นอย างด เปร ยบเสม อนทร พย ส นของต วท านเอง 8. The Lessee will not be retuned deposit in case of early return. ผ เช าจะไม ได ร บเง นค าเช าค นในกรณ ท ส งค นรถก อนก าหนดเวลา 9. In any case of accident and what ever happened to the lessee, the bike or any third party, the lessee agrees to never engage Chiang Rai Big Bike Rental for rent and/or the bike s owner, own responsibility. ในกรณ ท เก ดอ บ ต เหต และส งท เคยเก ดข นก บผ เช ารถจ กรยานยนต หร อบ คคลท สามไม ว ากรณ ใด ๆ ผ เช าตกลงท จะร บผ ดชอบโดยไม เก ยวก บ Chiang Rai big bike rental และ / หร อเจ าของของจ กรยานยนต ในความร บผ ดชอบของต วเอง 10. If the Lessee is breach of contract in any section. The Lessor reserves the right to terminate this contract immediately without any prior notification, and reserves to claim the charge in full amount. General rental conditions (เง อนไขการเช าท วไป) In this contract the Lessor is the owner of the vehicle. This means the bike cannot be rented until repairs have been made. Once repairs have been made and if done before the month has ended. The remainder of the deposit will be returned to the lessee.

Article 3 RENTAL-PAYMENT-EXTRA TIME ข อ 3 ระยะ เวลาเช า และการช าระเง น The applicable rental rates are the one in use when the contract is signed. The Lessee and all allowed drivers, as defined higher up in the contract, are covered by an insurance policy for 2 wheeled motorcycles. The Lessee agrees by this contract to this policy and agrees to respect its clauses and conditions. In any case, the Lessee must take care of the vehicle and avoid all shocks. The Lessor declines all liability for accidents to a third party or damages on the vehicle caused by the Lessee during the rental period, if the Lessee has provided forged information concerning his identify, and /or address and / or driving license validity.
