Agreement to Appoint TISCO to Act as Broker for Trading Securities To : Manager TISCO Securities Company Limited Place Date We hereby agree to have a securities transaction account with your company under the following terms and conditions. Name of applicant Office address In applying for the securities transaction account, we hereby appoint your company to be our agent for the purpose of purchasing securities in the Stock Exchange of Thailand for us and arranging the sale of securities on our behalf whether or not the securities are ones designated by us to you to sell or ones acquired by your company as an agent under this application. In this connection, your company shall act in accordance with our instruction made over the telephone, telex, telefax, letter and other means of communication, from time to time and whether or not the person giving the instructions are the persons designated in the following paragraph. The names and specimen signatures of our staffs designated to do various things including to sign all documents relating to the securities transactions and the securities transaction account with your company are attached herewith. You will be promptly informed in writing if there is any change of the names and specimen signatures of our designated officers. We hereby consent to be bound in all respects by any act done or alleged to be done by the designated officers or by the act done with the signatures of the designated officers regardless of whether the said act will make us be the creditor or debtor of your company. In transacting the securities in the securities market, we hereby agree to be bound by any business done or supposed to be done by your company in accordance with the stipulations, rules, or regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, The Securities Exchange Commission as if it were done or supposed to be done by ourselves in all respects. In any purchase transaction, we agree to make payment to you against the receiving of or credit to my account, shares certificate and/or scriptless securities, within 3 working days from the date on which your company purchase the securities. If we fail to make such payment, we shall allow your company to liquidate the shares on the next working day from due date to be

2 in accordance with the regulation stipulated by the Stock Exchange of Thailand. In any sale transaction, we agree that your company will settle the transaction by making payment against the delivery of shares certificate and/or scripless securities within 3 working days from the date on which your company sells the securities. If we fail to arrange the shares delivery, we shall allow your company to acquire the shares in the Stock Exchange of Thailand on the next working day to facilitate the net clearing settlement to be in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the Stock Exchange of Thailand. If there are any losses, damages and interest arising from our failure from any of the above cases we will reimburse to your company. If there is any balance that we shall receive from your company, your company shall be entitled to hold the said balance to settle or to add to this securities transaction account. We agree to pay to your company for the remuneration at the rate of 0.25% of the amount of the securities purchase and/or sold plus VAT of the aforementioned rate or at any rate that may be prescribed by the company. In transacting the purchase of securities, we hereby instruct you to arrange to deliver our share certificates and/or scripless securities to our account at our custodian which shall be deemed as if we received them ourselves. At any time after the above mentioned date, we allow your company and/or your affiliated company to examine, receive and exchange our information or other relevant information including request for credit information report and any reference documents from Thai Credit Bureau Company Limited and any other juristic person or person that your company may think fit, including to contact any data centre, use our information for the purpose of credit checking, marketing, administration and enable to disclose such information to the affiliated company of your company. We undertake that our consent shall not be revoked in all respects. This Agreement and all rights, obligations shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Thailand and may be enforced in accordance with the Laws of Thailand.
