2 About your Service & Repair card Your Arval Service & Repair card is a simple to use, highly convenient solution for the servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs your vehicle needs. You can also use your Service & Repair card for tyres, breakdown, replacement windscreens, accident management and vehicle hire, subject to your company policy. Arval will handle all resulting payments and administration for you, dealing directly with the garage on your behalf. Just one call and we are here to help We can organise everything for you, making the running of your company vehicle as easy as possible. Simply call our dedicated customer services team on and our friendly advisors will be happy to help. Exceptional quality standards from our nationwide garage network From within Arval s nationwide network we have brought together a select group of suppliers called the AllStar Network. This group has been selected to offer added attention to customer service as well as higher quality and a convenient service for you. Taking care of your vehicle In the interests of safety, reliability and other factors such as fuel economy, it is important that routine checks on your vehicle are carried out as recommended in the manufacturer s handbook. These include checking oil, water and other fluid levels, together with tyre pressure and tread depths. THIS CARD IS FOR MAINTENANCE AND IS NOT FOR FUEL PURCHASES For all your driver needs call

3 The easy way to book service and maintenance work One call to the Driver Contact Centre is all it takes to book your vehicle in for any servicing, maintenance and repairs. Simply call and our team will book your vehicle in at a time to suit you. You can also book online 24 hours a day at All outlets on the AllStar Network will deliver you the following benefits free of charge: Vehicle collection and delivery for the location of your choice for scheduled services and major repairs only Booking on your preferred date, if you give us 5 working days notice Your car will be returned washed and vacuumed to keep your vehicle looking in peak condition for scheduled services and major repairs only Prioritisation on emergency minor repairs such as bulb replacement A check sheet in your vehicle that tells you what work has been carried out For added convenience we also have access to a nationwide network of mobile service units. These can come to you to suit your individual needs. Tyres, Batteries, Exhausts and Replacement Windscreens To access any of these services, all you have to do is call the Driver Contact Centre and they will organise this as soon as possible, keeping you informed throughout. UK Breakdown and Recovery Services As an Arval customer you are covered by our 24 hour roadside breakdown assistance service. To access this simply call the Driver Contact Centre on for an immediate connection to a recovery supplier. You should call us even if your vehicle is covered by a manufacturer s warranty. Road fund licence Your road fund licence disc will be renewed automatically and sent to either your fleet manager or you directly. You should, however, note the expiry date and contact Arval if there is a delay with your replacement. MOT test certificate Our system is designed to issue a reminder when your vehicle requires an MOT certificate, however, please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to comply with this legal obligation. Once the test has been carried out, the MOT Test Centre must forward the MOT certificate directly to Arval. We are happy to arrange this for you; please call the Driver Contact Centre on For all your driver needs call

4 For all your driver needs call Traffic and Parking fines You are responsible for any fines incurred, and these should be paid immediately. Any unpaid traffic and parking fines will be redirected to Arval. The fine will be recharged to you with an administration fee. For speeding fines, we will contact you to fill in appropriate documentation and you will be liable to pay the charge directly. Travelling abroad A letter of authorisation and VE103 are required for travel to the Republic of Ireland or Europe and can be obtained from the Driver Contact Centre. Please give as much notice as possible, particularly during the busy summer months. Your Company Car Policy may require you to take out, or you may wish to consider a comprehensive European Breakdown & Recovery service. Full details are included in a leaflet which we will be pleased to send you upon request. Your company remains responsible for ensuring your vehicle insurance requirements are met. This maintenance contract is not in force while you are abroad, however any reasonable costs that are incurred will be considered for reimbursement. You should therefore obtain receipts and contact Arval on your return. You may also be able to use the following services through Arval; please check with either Arval or your fleet manager. Accident, Theft or Damage to your vehicle Hopefully these are events that won t affect you. However, if they do, and your contract allows, you just need to make one call to the Driver Contact Centre, and our trained customer service advisors will arrange immediate assistance for you. You will be asked for details on your situation and we will complete an insurance claim form for you. We will also arrange a work estimate to be obtained for any damage and a replacement vehicle if you need one. Car and Van Rental Whether you need to meet an immediate travel requirement or are looking for transport for a one-way journey, you ll find it easy to arrange vehicle hire with Arval. Through our network of major national operators, we can provide the UK s most comprehensive car and van rental service. If your company policy is to use Arval s rental service, you can make a booking by contacting us on the Driver Contact Centre number, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For all your driver needs call
