How to play the Games Belly Flop Fridays: The person that makes the biggest splash is the one who wins the competition. The belly flop contest is judged by parents or lifeguards. : The person that makes the biggest splash is the one who wins the competition. The splashes are judged by entire pool audience or by the lifeguards. Capri-Sun Dive: We toss the Capri-Suns in you see how many you can retrieve! Find the Bottle: A 2-liter bottle will be filled with pool water. The bottle will have a white cap to match the bottom of the pool. The players will be divided into teams or single person teams depending on participation. The players will face away from the pool while a lifeguard drops the bottle in the pool. The bottle will blend in more than the players think. Floating Log Jousting: Channel your inner Knight and hop on the jousting log. Participates will play against each other trying to knock their opponent off first. : From one end of the pool to the opposite sides, players will sit on their noodles (provided by Pinery) and at the whistle they will race to the opposite side. This game is played individually. Ping Pong Drop: Think of this game as a Hungry-Hungry Hippos scenario. A lifeguard will drop a bucket full of ping pong balls into the pool. The players will be divided up between 2 teams. The team with the most ping pong balls wins. Treasure Hunt: The players will be divided into 2 teams. The teams will receive a list of treasure that they have to find on the bottom of the pool. They will be timed and the team with the most treasure wins. Some items on the bottom of the pool should not be on the list to make it a little more challenging. Water Gun Wednesday s: You ll need an inflatable beach ball and water gun for each player. Line up the balls on a starting line. On Go, everyone shoots their beach balls with their water guns. The first ball over the finish line wins. Kids and Participates of the activities and games will be awarded with giveaways or ice-cream sandwiches provided by the Pinery Staff.
The Sun Deck Don t want to be in the water or want a little time to dry off? We have the following dry sports available every day at the pool: Tetherball games set up on the grass areas of the pool. Table tennis under the tent paddles and balls are available at the activities table at front entrance. Corn hole/bag toss games set up on the grass areas of the pool. Cards and board games are available at the activities table. Daily Drink Specials Twos -Days: $2 domestic canned beers and Gatorades Wave Runner Wednesdays: Enjoy Wave Runners all day for $3.50 (Rum, Sprite & Cranberry) Thirsty Thursdays: All Island Oasis drinks for $3 Fiesta Fridays: Salt or no salt? Enjoy $3 Margaritas Sangria Saturdays: $3 Sunny Sangrias Capri Sun Days: At 1pm and 3pm be ready to dive in for Capri-Suns Themed Days at the Pool Craft-It Thursdays: Crafts will be provided under the Main Tent. Our Kids Club girls will be at the pool assisting with arts and crafts every week from 12pm 2pm. Be sure to grab our Summer Kids Club information packet available at the activities table. The movies will be family friendly and we will provide a popcorn bar, ice cream bar or root beer floats and lots of treats for everyone attending. Grab your rafts and noodles and hop in to the pool!
Swim Lessons We offer Swim lessons Monday through Thursday from 9:00am 11:00am, with three 35 minute sessions each day. $40/week Class size: 3 minimum/6 maximum. Weather related make-up sessions will be held on the Friday of that week. Saturday lessons available at the convenience of both parties on a private or semi-private format.
