Company Milestones September 1991 - our company was established 1994 we started our own production of glass lenses and gift items 1997 we started to supply the products for automotive industry 1999 we started production of the aftermarket rain sensor 2002 we increased our production capacity 3 times 2004 we finished the program for automotive and airplane suppliers supported by the government organization Czech Invest 2006 started CNC tool production and 3D measurement 2007 solved mirror for multimedia projectors with +/- 0.015mm precision

Our InterestingProjects 1995 glass for IR LED transmission used in the rain sensors development of software for inspection of glass colour production of aspherical borosilicate lenses resistant against the thermal shock 1996 re-building of our production plant our moulded aspherical optics won the main price of the Silicium Bohemica '96 fair in Prague 1997 new products for automotive application : frennel lenses, rain sensor our rain sensor won the main price of the Silicium Bohemica '97 fair in Prague 1998 development of rain sensor controlled by microprocessor started new pressing process for aspherical lenses with +/- 0.005mm precision 1999 quality system of our lens production certified according to ISO 9002 2002 quality system certified according to ISO/TS 16949 (re-certification in 2003) investment to increase our production capacity 2004 We signed the contract for glass lighting components for airport lighting systems 2007 Little lenses for LED applications developed and serial production started 2010 Serial production of the lenses for street LED lighting started.

Other Activities Research Presentation We take active part in different conferences focused on glass and this helps us to become better known in relatively small family of glass producers. We took part at the International Glass Congress in Madrid in 1993 where we had two posters presented. We organised conference Coloured Glass in 1992 in Jablonec nad Nisou. We organised conference Aspheric Optics in 1997 in Jablonec nad Nisou Lecture at the 54th annual meeting of the Scandinavian society of Glass Technology in Prague in the year 2004 We are the active member of the Czech Glass Society and we take part in many professional meetings organized by this society, since the year. We participate in the organizing committee of the ICG Congress in Prague 2013 University presentations We use to provide materials for students of the Chemical and Technology University in Prague concerning the glass colouring and low toxic glass compositions and chemistry of glass generally. Professional stay for students is organized both for chemistry and machinery engineering
