HOCKEY FIXTURES Two squads of 14 players Both squads will be playing 5 games 30 mins each way Argentina currently ranked 2 nd in the FIH world rankings Teams are on a scale 0-5, 5 being the highest level 1 st XI will play one game against level 4 and 4 games against level 5 2 nd XI will play 4 games at level 3 and one game at level 4 Personnel will change between squads throughout the tour All girls will get equal pitch time Emphasis on process not the outcome Valuable experience to be challenged at a level they will not experience in domestic competition in Scotland

BILLETS All host families are fit to host, have experience of hosting and have been given appropriate guidance from the tour company and ourselves with regards to their hosting responsibilities; the host families properties are fit for the purpose and are safe; we have no reason to believe that any resident at the host families property has a criminal record or is subject to outstanding or pending criminal investigations; we have no reason to believe any resident at the property has been subject to social services (or equivalent) investigations.

MEDICAL AND SAFETY Vaccinations All Tourists should now have had their vaccinations or have arrangements in place to have them. See Dr Smith if you have any questions relating to vaccines. PRE TOUR ROLES Attending pre tour training sessions where possible Get to know tourists Ensuring aware of all tourists health issues and that they are fit and prepared to travel ( - thank you for all returned medical forms) Journey monitoring of tourists and staff Encouraging good travel hygiene
DURING TOUR Provide 24 hour access to ourselves for medical / wellbeing issues Provide daily wellness/ injury and illness clinics Will be in attendance at all hockey and rugby training sessions Will be in attendance all hockey and rugby games we will also have local medical staff to support us for all games
AREAS OF CARE General Practice I am taking a selection of medications to allow me to cover most minor illnesses e.g infections, gastric upsets, allergies etc. Injury / wound care suture packs / dressings etc. Physiotherapy - day to day assessment and treatment of injuries as required Advice & education of tourists on injury prevention & self management Help in recovery/mobility of tourists in between training sessions and games Pitch side care - training and games
PITCH SIDE CARE We aim to provide the level of care available to national level teams ( for all our teams) Equipment We are taking a selection of injury, trauma, neck and airway care equipment for pitch-side support There will be additional equipment at all the fixtures
