Together with IKEA we are creating a new and modern venue, where family and friends can meet and have a great time. The two-storey shopping center will have direct entrance to the new IKEA store. The location is well-visible and accessible from both the E4 and E12 highway. An establishment together with IKEA creates a strong attraction. Today, people are travelling all the way to Sundsvall in order to visit IKEA and Birsta City Shopping Center, where you will find stores with a much wider range.
