The best coverage in Sweden for thermo transports We carry out temperate transports all over Sweden using a fleet of 800 load-carrying vehicles. All load spaces are equipped with refrigeration and freezer units, as well as temperature writers that register and document the temperature throughout the entire transport. Your goods are managed in an uninterrupted, controlled chain. This is a quality and safety guarantee to ensure that our activities satisfy your quality requirements, as well as those stipulated in the food legislation act. Together with Schenker s network, we cover the whole of Sweden and deliveries are made according to the scheduled timetable. We reach most locations within Sweden, the day after collecting the goods from you. We process your goods We offer refrigeration and freezer storage, as well as freezing in our strategically located cold storage depots. There, we also carry out product refinement such as preparation, thawing, sawing, packaging and labelling. The cold storage unit in Malmö is also approved for handling and storing carcasses. The market trend is that consignment volumes are becoming smaller whilst suborders are being made more frequently. This gives your customers fresher goods and reduces the need for storage capacity, and thereby reducing your costs. There are eceptions. For seasonal products such as Christmas ham, crayfish, vegetables and berries large storage spaces are required for a short period of time. We take care of this and thereby you reduce your fied costs. International transports Through ColdSped, you gain access to a comprehensive European network for thermo transports of full or part loads. And through co-operation with partners in Europe, we also secure at the same time, the distribution at a local level. The network handles thermo transports of groupage throughout Europe. Smart solutions Our customers have high requirements and epectations as regards our services. It is our job to satisfy them. We receive orders, put together consignments and deliver on a regular basis to our customers customer. Many have chosen to come online with our smart IT solutions. There they can follow the entire goods flow, obtain financial reports and make print-outs of transport documentation. How to order SCHENKERcoldsped Transports To make a transport booking, you must have a customer number and a booking number. You obtain these when you register as a customer with us. The easiest way to make an application is via our web-site When you have registered as a customer, there are several alternatives for booking: on our web-site using the booking module in our web-based transport administration system (Web-TA) via a PC-based TA-system with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) ring or fa to your nearest Schenker office

3 Select the alternative that suits you best. In the longterm, your transport administration will be easier if you make use of our IT booking support. You avoid having to telephone, and only need to register the details about your transport in one place. Then you can print the transport documents and manage your follow-up using the same data. You can do this by contacting your nearest ColdSped office, where you can also inform us about your refrigerated or frozen products. The addresses can be found in this brochure. Prices and conditions Transports The current prices for the transport services are stated in separate price lists. For inde-based price adjustments, such as currency and fuel supplements, the relevant information is always available on our web-site. Refrigeration and freezer services ColdSped Storages services include handling, freezer and refrigeration storage, order picking and pallet echange as well as the options that are described on the net page. The refrigeration and freezer services are carried out according to The Swedish Society of Refrigeration s general provisions for refrigerated and frozen food storage. Our pricing is based on the customer s individual needs and requirements. Transportation is handled in an uninterrupted, controlled chain that guarantees high quality and saftey. Specific terms & conditions for SCHENKERcoldsped The terms & conditions apply for transports of food stuffs, which according to The Swedish National Food Administration s regulations and instructions must be transported at a certain temperature, as well as for other temperature-regulated transportation. ColdSped s normal undertaking bears reference to the load space during transport coping with: refrigerated transport, +2 to +8 o Celsius freezer transport, up to minus 18 o Celsius for other temperature requests, a special agreement must be made. Deviating temperatures must be stated and confirmed at the time of booking the transport. The consignor is responsible for ensuring that the goods upon loading have the temperature in which they are to be transported. ColdSped has the right to check the temperature. Complaints relating to damage to goods, arising as a result of the load space not maintaining the temperature agreed, shall be made at the time of delivery.

CROSS-DOCKING DOCUMENT PRINT-OUTS As an alternative to storage, we can offer solutions for co-ordination of consignments that are to be delivered to the same consignee but from different consignor locations. We can, on behalf of our customers, ensure that the necessary transport documents are included in the consignment. COD PACKING Upon delivery, the consignee pays for the goods via the chauffeur. Can not be combined with Epress. If necessary, we offer etra packing. EXPORT/IMPORT/ CUSTOMS CLEAR- ANCE SERVICES We attend to all administration for eport/import consignments as well as all types of customs clearance services. Delivery by 10 a.m. on the first working day after collection. Can not be combined with COD. Only in Sweden. PROCESSING CARCASS HANDLING We process goods through weighing, packing, marking, slicing, sawing, weight laying, prawn glazing, cryovac packaging, etc. Carcasses can be stored and handled at our cold storage unit in Malmö, Sweden. CARRYING IN Items under 25 kg are delivered by the chauffeur to the stated location on ground level. Only in Sweden. FREEZING Freezing of boed goods as well as carcasses. STOCK-TAKING We carry out stock-taking as agreed. PALLET TRANSFER SYSTEM We administer a joint pallet echange system. Only in Sweden. CONSIGNEE FREIGHT The consignee is invoiced for the transport costs. PALLET EXCHANGE Pallet change from, e.g. plastic to wood. PALLET STACKING If the goods is to be transported to or from a vehicle without a pallet, we can take care of the palleting. POD We can provide a copy of the goods receipt/delivery confirmation. RETURN OF TRANS- PORT DOCUMENTS We send you a copy of your transport document. SORTING When you need help with unwrapping and resorting goods. STRETCH FILMING Plastic-wrapping pallets. TECHNICAL AIDS We ensure that the necessary technical aids are available. TIME -SPECIFIED UNLOADING CUSTOMS WARE- HOUSING You decide the eact time for distribution. Monitoring and administration of uncleared goods. THAWING For brined or air-sealed goods in cardboard boes, as well as for air-sealed carcasses. GOODS INSURANCE On request, we can provide an etra goods insurance.
