3 SWEDEN The Olav Thon Group currently owns and manages 12 Swedish shopping centres, and has thus positioned itself as one of the major players in the Swedish shopping centre market. The Swedish shopping centres comprise approximately 350,000 sqm of buildings and total store sales of approximately SEK 11.2 billion. 4 NORWAY SVERIGE Charlottenbergs Shoppingcenter Töcksfors Shoppingcenter Nordby Shoppingcenter Charlottenbergs Shoppingcenter is located just across the Swedish border on national road 61 in the county of Värmland. In April 2014, a 27,500 sqm extension to the centre was opened. This centre is home to, among other things, the largest supermarket in the Nordic region, with an area of 10,000 sqm. Töcksfors Shoppingcenter is situated in the municipality of Årjäng just across the Swedish border beside the E18 road, which is one of the busiest border crossings. Just 95 km from Oslo, this is the closest cross-border shopping centre to the Norwegian capital. The centre is located in Strömstad, just across the border at Svinesund. The shopping centre is one of Stockholm s largest. At the same time, it is also Sweden s first design-oriented shopping centre offering an exciting environment in which to shop. Mirum Galleria is just outside of the centre of Norrköping, 170 km southeast of Stockholm. Norrköping is an industrial hub enjoying growth - it is currently Sweden s 10th largest city. The centre was substantially expanded and refurbished in Mitt i City is located in the centre of Karlstad, and it is the town s largest and most natural shopping and meeting place. 5 NORWAY SVERIGE Etage Familia Långflon Etage is located beside the E45 in Trollhättan, a town in Västra Götaland that is home to approximately 55,000 inhabitants. The centre represents an important part of the Överby business area, one of Sweden s largest retail sites with sales of approximately SEK 2.5 billion. Familia is located beside the E4 in the settlement of Hyllinge, 14 km outside of Helsingborg, which is Sweden s 8th largest city. Familia is part of the larger Hyllinge Storcenter area, which offers approximately 80,000 sqm of retail space. Långflon shopping centre is located in the municipality of Torsby in Sweden, just across the border from Norway. The centre is currently undergoing comprehensive overhaul and full refurbishment. The new shopping centre that is emerging will be called Malmö Plaza. The centre is owned by Commerz Real, and is managed by Thon Property AB. COOP Torp is located beside the E6 in Uddevalla, a town with approx inhabitants. The property represents an important part of the Torp business area, one of Sweden s largest retail sites with 120 stores and sales of approx. SEK 4.0 billion. COOP Överby is located beside the E44/ E45 in Trollhättan.
