How to Create/Edit Whitelist Go to Filter Rules: Select User Whitelist. If you Whitelist a particular e-mail address or domain then all mail from that user, or that domain to your account will be passed through by the Spam Filter with no questions even if the message was recognized as spam. In effect, it will bypass the spam filters. (Sender cannot be on both white and black lists)
Whitelist (Sender Domain) You must enter the sender domain name in the form example.com which will allow all e-mail from that domain to your account. Click Add Button. To delete entry once added to table, click delete next to entry.
Whitelist (Sender E-Mail) The address must be of the form user@example.com which will allow e-mail from that user to your account. Click Add Button. To delete entry once added to table, click delete next to entry.
Whitelist (Import Text) Browse for text file in documents. Import text file to whitelist.
How to Create/Edit Blacklist Go to Filter Rules: Select User Blacklist. If you Blacklist an address or domain, then mail from that address or domain to your account will be blocked before it reaches your inbox. A sender may not be both white and blacklist at the same time. If you add a sender to the blacklist and that sender is on the whitelist, then that sender will be removed from the whitelist.

Query Settings User can create re-occurring quarantine report with this function. Go to Settings tab. Click on Quarantine Report Settings. Select Language. Duration of report - Example: day, weekday, monthly. Specify which items to include - Example: New items, all items since quarantine report. Click Save button to save settings.
Run Quarantine Query Your message quarantine lists all messages that have been blocked as suspected spam or that contain a virus. To search for a particular message, enter the specified search criteria. By default all quarantined messages are displayed order by score - the lower the score the less spammy the message is and the higher the possibility that it may be a false positive - i.e. not spam. To filter the search by Date, select the date checkbox and specify the starting and ending date range. To filter on a particular sender and/or recipient, enter a full email address in the Sender and/or Recipient fields, respectively. Results can be Sorted by score, date, or sender in ascending or descending order. Use the Display drop down-list to select how many results should be display per/page. The default is 25. Finally, to submit the search press the Run Query button after which the results will be displayed.
Quarantine Query You can review a quarantined e-mail by clicking on the From, To, or Subject column of the e-mail to be reviewed. The e-mail contents will open in a separate window. Note: All images in the reviewed message will be blocked to prevent possible inappropriate content. If a message is subsequently to be delivered to your inbox then original images will be present. If a message has been incorrectly specified as spam, you can release it and have it delivered to your mailbox by clicking on the Deliver link for that message. This will automatically forward the message to your e-mail account. To add the from email address to your whitelist, click the Whitelist button. The email address is added to your list of approved senders and the message is also delivered to your mailbox. To delete a message immediately from your quarantine, click the Delete link. To release multiple entries, select the checkbox in front of each email to be released/delivered and then click the Deliver button at the top of the screen. The procedure is similar if you want to whitelist or delete multiple e-mails.
