Fees, Charges and Refunds This course is not eligible for VET FEE-HELP Student Fee: $1720 for the first qualification, $2060 for the second and subsequent qualification Course Duration - 12 months. Payment Plan Either pay the full amount on enrolment or, 50% on enrolment 25% when Unit 6 is issued to you 25% when the last unit is issued. Your certificate will not be issued until you have paid the full fee. If you are eligible for any Credit Transfers or Recognition of Prior Learning, the Student Fee will be recalculated and you will be notified before you enrol. Refunds If you wish to receive a refund for withdrawal, or transfer, you MUST submit a formal request, using the application for Refund form on our website. Refunds will be issued as per the following process: You will be refunded for any Unit of Competency that you have paid for, but not yet received. For example: If you pay 50% of the student fee up front for a course with 13 units of competency and decide to withdraw after you have received unit 2, you would submit your form and receive: Student fee divided by the number of units = Unit of competency cost $1720 / 13 = $132.31 per unit of competency If you paid up front ($1720), your refund would be $1455.41 (11 units not issued) If you paid 50% up front ($860), your refund would be $396.931 (3 units not issued) If you are enrolling as a Trainee and your employer is paying the Fee, the same process applies..
